We arrived for lunch at about one o'clock in the afternoon (at 14:00 the pilaf is already ending) at the Mo Salah Zigir Oshi pilaf center near the Arch. Mostly locals sit, clean, fast service. We ordered 1 serving (there are also 0.7 servings) of pilaf for two without additives, fresh vegetable salad and tea. The pilaf, judging by the name of the place, is made with zygyr oil, very tasty, beef is tender, yellow carrots. They paid 77t. soums (approx. 650 rubles). Pilaf lovers are required to visit.
