Lunch at the Pilaf center in January 2025, Bukhara
We were in January. We arrived for lunch at about one o'clock in the afternoon (at 14:00 the pilaf is already ending) at the Mo Salah Zigir Oshi pilaf center near the Arch. Mostly locals sit, clean, fast service. We ordered 1 serving (there are also 0.7 servings) of pilaf for two without additives, fresh vegetable salad and tea. The pilaf, judging by the name of the place, is made with zygyr oil, very tasty, beef is tender, yellow carrots. They paid 77t. soums (approx. 650 rubles). Pilaf lovers are required to visit.

Pros: Very tasty! They serve it pretty quickly, but you need to make a special order for pilaf. otherwise, the average option. My option is 1 kg of rice, 1 kg of carrots and 1 kg of meat, so we order a huge banana for three people. Well, all sorts of buns for a swimmer, as without them. Yes, it's expensive, but where will you find it cheaper?..There's meat like a tongue from a pigeon... They even save on carrots... and here it's just a bomb!)) As they say, for your money, any whim of yours. but you can do it modestly for $ 3. pilaf is the same meat according to the norm, carrots according to the norm, well, then pay and fly, partridges, chickens, eggs

I'll be honest, you won't be able to try a more delicious pilaf anywhere. The Tashkent pilaf center is a factory canteen compared to these guys. Order pilaf with additional meat, but the portions are so large that take at the rate of 1 serving for two, take homemade compote and ayran. At the end of the meal, tea and halva of their production are required.
