A terrible experience! I bought headphones, before buying I clarified several times whether there was active noise reduction, to which I was confidently answered that yes, it is. In fact, there is no noise reduction from the word at all. I ordered delivery, and only when they arrived, I noticed that the headphones were sent in a broken condition. When I tried to make a refund or exchange, I was refused precisely because of these damages, although they were from the very beginning! In addition to the lack of promised noise reduction, I want to add that they work just disgusting: the first 10 minutes the music plays normally, and then the nightmare begins - every second they turn off and on. I strongly do not recommend this store, the quality of the product and service are at zero
