There were no receipts, no documents on the provision of services either!
I gave the book for repair. They said they would diagnose it and call to arrange whether we would fix it or not. They haven't called for a week. I called myself. It turned out that the non-working part had already been changed without my knowledge. Then they froze for two more weeks. As a result, the book was not working, and it remained.
