Scammers. When buying a SIM card, they promised a 10GB Internet package. After showing the SMS, they said "here it is connected." Later I translated the SMS - it said that the package was not connected. And as a result, I had a SIM card with a small balance (3 times less than I paid), which ended in half a day.
