I ordered citycoco White Siberia WS Pro 2000W, waited exactly 2 hours for the seller, whom I asked in advance to prepare and assemble the scooter. After the repair, I have never received a clear and understandable message when I will be contacted. After 2 days, without any visibility of what might happen next and when, I demanded the phone number of the head, who called me and in an extremely unpleasant manner of communication suddenly, in the end, offered me another exhibit.
I agreed and took another exhibit when I arrived. On it, the humming and crackling of the engine was even louder.
I drove across the city again to return the second exhibit. Since the problem is the same, I demanded a refund. To which I was told that I need to wait for the master, who will give a conclusion. The master and his conclusion were promised on Monday. It's already Wednesday. I have no understanding when the money will be returned to me. There is no normal answer to my questions. You may find it funny to read - but they have lost the master, they do not answer the phone (as you understand, there is no person on the staff, on what conditions the one who makes such conclusions works with them, God only knows)
We will go to the store with the police on Friday, when 7 days have elapsed since the delivery of the goods.
