You should not risk buying something in this store. 2 weeks ago, I wanted to order Xiaomi 14 from them, they approved my application and said they would deliver it the day after tomorrow. After 40 minutes, the same specialist called and said that unfortunately, for some reason, the supplier does not have time to ship the goods, he has technical problems, etc. Well, I gave up on this store and decided to look for some other store and at the same time watched other smartphones on YouTube. In the same days, I also got sick and decided to postpone the purchase of smart for now. So, 2 weeks later, I decided to buy Xiaomi 14 again and started looking at where it was cheaper in price, the price of this model fell in this store and I decided to try ordering from them again. I made the order on Thursday 03.10.24, they said that they had everything in stock, that they would bring it on Saturday and the deliveryman would contact me in advance. Today is Saturday 05.10.2024 and no one contacted me, I decided to call the store myself, to which the specialist of this store replied to me that the supplier was delaying the shipment and could reschedule the delivery as early as Wednesday! In general, Sharashkin's office deceived me twice, and how many others like me? I absolutely do not recommend this non-store!

I ordered headphones with a week's supply. On Saturday, the order was accepted , promised to be delivered on Tuesday , postponed to Thursday .On Friday, he called back and said that the supplier had let them down .And I need to get them on Saturday.Thanks monitor P.s negative messages on their site are blocked, the store is missing.Added 14.08 today I went to the store's website and these headphones cost more than 300 rubles. I was offered for 200 with change.As I understand it, this was their real reason for their unwillingness to sell them to me on pre-order.

There is no up-to-date information on the availability of mobile phones on the site. You have to waste time. If the phone is not in the right configuration or color, let your website reflect this information! They call back on the left application for quite a long time too! A few years ago, they were also fooled, then with the delivery time, then with the right phone. I probably won't order in this store anymore!
