The most miserable mobile operator, with a branch of hell on earth in the form of the head office of this one. I do not recommend it to anyone, since the Internet is about nothing, and the voice quality in the walkie-talkie is better
The queue for legal entities is huge , we spent almost 2 hours , one seemed to work as well as she could , and the second generally slowly served only 1 person all these two hours , for individuals there are a lot of cash registers , but for legal entities the queue can be large .
The mobile operator is not developing, the quality of the Internet is poor, the equipment is old, in general, I do not recommend this mobile operator to anyone.
Inside the room, as well as the building from the outside, the impression is positive, BUT...I came to issue a SIM card and there were 33 (!) people in the queue in front of me! Yes, there is a "smart queue" machine (maliciously named IQueue, which is in tune with "IQ"), yes, 7 operators constantly work with visitors, but to lose about an hour for registration is over the edge. At the same time: there are categories in the queue machine - connection and maintenance (with a large number of points), but, as one of the local guys reported, the queue is still general and you can always click on the "Connect" button - just for speed. To pay for a SIM card, I have to fill out (!) a paper receipt, which I haven't done for 10 years (but this may already be the specifics of local document management). Verdict: "UMS is the operator it should be." No, you shouldn't.
The service is disgusting.
There are 15 windows, of which a maximum of 3 are working.
The queue, although electronic, but "I just need to ask" as usual takes half an hour.
Frequent queues. The company's services are not bad, but the quality of communication has not deteriorated "much". The app has been terrible for a year, not a step in front.
I was satisfied with the services, I needed to connect roaming, we did everything quickly. If you hadn't already been spammed about increasing the traffic limit every day, it would be ideal in general.
