The atmosphere of the institution is not only the interior, but also, first of all, the attitude towards visitors. Everything is bad here, or rather there is no service as such. My acquaintance with this institution began with the fact that they forgot to make breakfast for me, but most likely they mixed it up and took it to another one. But then I took it calmly, since the day off had time. When I came to breakfast the next day - there were no seats, then when asked by the staff if it was possible to call me when something was available, I received an indifferent answer "I have no idea when it will be." Then the next time I pre-booked a table by the window by phone, but when I arrived, there was no reservation, although some tables were booked, but not ours. Like, I arrived later and the reservation was canceled, although I warned that I would arrive within an hour, and no one even called back to cancel the reservation. The most absurd thing is that no one even tried to offer anything (some seats were not occupied, some had a later reservation) or somehow solve this simple situation. We stood for 10 minutes waiting for at least something to be offered in return, but no one cared. I have never seen such indifference and antiservice anywhere. The staff went about their business, talking while looking at us, and we just stood and waited... "The reservation has been cancelled and the rest is your problem" - this was the last response of the cashier and after that I asked for a book of complaints. At the same time, some tables were vacated, there were places. They silently handed it to us, again without even trying to help us in any way, somehow solve a simple situation. They came to have breakfast, but had to leave with nothing and leave a corresponding review. A place where the customer means nothing((

The best coffee for me, I mostly take it. A pleasant atmosphere, sometimes loud (music) and noisy, I saw a couple of times that they were holding master classes, clearly not the place. It is very pleasant to sit in the evening.

I loved this place very much: I came in often, but today was the last time.
It's sad when you order coffee with dessert and, after receiving a drink in 5 minutes, you wait for dessert for another 20. It seems logical enough to bring everything together, before specifying that you will have to wait almost half an hour. But okay, I'm already used to this in Moby Dick.
About an hour later, I realized that I was injured because I suddenly felt bad (with all the consequences). Since it was morning and before that I had only managed to eat oatmeal on the water, it is unlikely that something else affected. It's a shame to pay 15 rubles for feeling unwell)) I do not advise you to take risks.

An institution for children, where people who do not know anything about etiquette and customer service work as waiters.
We were a group of women with flowers. We were told that they couldn't offer a vase because they didn't have any vases. On the second attempt, they brought us a shaker with water for the bouquet. Meanwhile, there were three empty vases on the dresser.
I also consider it uncivilized to address a "woman" to a client. Well, we're not in a Soviet-era deli.
Since this is an ordinary coffee shop, the attitude towards such an institution consists of its atmosphere and the politeness of the waiters. Hence the negative review

After reading the reviews, we decided to have breakfast at this place. The atmosphere and coffee are among the advantages. Dogfriends are great, of course, but you can also drive nicer for people. The trouble with food is that the order was waited for half an hour (instead of the stated 15 minutes) during this time, the coffee was already drunk.After 30 minutes, only one dish was brought, I had to watch and salivate.But in vain, when Benedict with turkey was brought, the appetite was gone-the serving was about nothing, a piece of bread on top of half a liter of butter, an egg of category C2 (very small), and most importantly, the dish was cold!!! Dry, tasteless and cold, that's the motto of this institution. Very upset, we leave to explore Minsk, we will not return to the cafe anymore

We took a Flat white, asked at the checkout what kind of cup it was, and they told us it was big. After 10 minutes, they give me a small glass (100ml), to my indignation about the glass, they said that she said that the glass was small. Purely nasty Americano / express, and 7.5 rubles were given for a glass of 100ml of disgusting-tasting coffee
Also, in the menu, they simply do not write how many ml. And of course, the workers can't even tell what kind of glass they're going to have.

I dreamed about a croissant with parma and fig jam for several more nights - it was stunningly delicious. But the French toast with berries and mascarpone did not come in, two huge pieces of bread and only one strawberry berry, perhaps the guys will finalize the novelty. The coffee is delicious, but there is a poor selection of syrups, I took the usual cappuccino, because I did not like the author's drinks.

I had breakfast with sausages and amlet with guacamole. The amlet has a taste of stale eggs, and the guacamole is spoiled by inept cooking. Sausages are a semi-finished product that is easy to fry in a frying pan. The lemonade is served with a reusable steel tube, it is strange that it is served like this somewhere else. It didn't taste good to me.
