Excellent location, promising area. The first international school in Astana is being built nearby. There will be an embankment not far from the house. The house is warm, I can't say 100% about the noise, but I haven't heard anyone yet) I am glad that there is a Bin right next to it, and there is still a state school nearby)

Very nice location, the courtyard is beautiful. This is a plus.And the minus is that there is no sidewalk for pedestrians, the stop is too far from both sides (for check-in and check-out)

LCD Standard Class (economy), not to be confused with Mod Comfort. The level is simpler. Apartments are built in 6-8 months. It's a great option for your budget.
