As a result, I liked it:) initially, the price tag was a little too high for Europe, but an adequate manager and owner who know the real price of jewelry made a normal discount, eventually agreed :). The cost of jewelry is initially clear to me, taking into account the cost (in Russia, I took Diamonds at a discount from the calculation of Rappoport), interesting jewelry and well-made. The collections of Roberto bravo are of particular interest.
I watched the Hublot Watch, the model that interested me, the difference in the price tag from the Mercury website is 40%. The only advice, given our situation with banks, is to pay better in cash in $. Although, if there is no cash, there is a Tink card and transfers to the savings bank. Everything is decent.

A good jewelry store, not a shop, but really a whole store, with a fairly large selection. Decorations on the underground floor. The consultants are not intrusive (we were served by Eldar, respect to him). He speaks excellent Russian, has a sense of humor, offered a choice of tea or wine. The wine is decent, the hotel sells much worse.
The story itself: we came by chance, walking from migross to the hotel, it was almost closing, there was no intention to buy anything. But my wife liked the earrings with sultanite. They persuaded the price to an acceptable one, traded for a long time, but effectively, paid with a MIR card (prices for jewelry are indicated in dollars, payment at the exchange rate in lira). After that, we were offered a pendant, also at an affordable price, but there was no money on the card anymore, and the phone to replenish the card was at the hotel. Therefore, we were taken to the hotel by car, filled up the card there and paid at the mobile terminal.
But after that, the most interesting thing began: I began to look at the earrings more closely and found that a stone was cracked in one. Preparing for the worst, we go to the store in the morning, immediately ask the director, manager, and tell them about the problem. We are encouraged that other salons have such earrings, they will be delivered within a couple of hours. Our earrings and pendant were left in the salon, new ones were promised to be brought to the hotel. Eldar gave me his phone number, we kept in touch via whatsapp. I suspect the worst, but at the specified time the car arrived, the driver, after making sure that we were us, gave the jewelry. We checked - everything is fine, everything is intact, the brands are standing.
Conclusion - we suspected that there might be problems with replacing the marriage on the earring - no, the guys did not let us down, thank you very much, Eldar and Vadim. They didn't make any nerves for us, everything was fast, clear, and polite. Respect for such a service, to be honest, it was unexpected for me ...
Like Andrey from a neighboring review - I will not check the gold for compliance with the sample, you never know, so as not to get upset. It looks nice and okay In-)

We were in Turkey in May 2019. We bought products in this store, and upon arrival home in Russia we decided to go check the products. The sample does not match the one stamped on the product, and the prices for these jewelry are overestimated by about 5 times. My advice is, do not buy anything in Turkey at all, there is deception all around.
