The agreement dated October 7. The kitchen was promised in mid-November. As a result, when calling in early December, they replied that they would install it in January! All plans to move into the apartment before the New Year were disrupted. At the same time, they did not warn about the deadlines themselves. We decided to take over the kitchen and install it on our own. As a result, they knocked out their kitchen only on December 11th. During the analysis, they found: there is not a single handle, there is no bottom drawer and 2 facades. They called, informed me, and after 2 days they admitted their guilt, but so far nothing has been brought. It is not known today, December 22, when the undelivered goods will arrive. They don't get in touch, they don't say anything. We called earlier, they said that the facade is in the remainder and instead of two halves of 35 cm each, we will have 2: one by 30, the second by 40 from the remainder. They have nothing more to offer! As a result, it's not realistic to assemble this kitchen even on your own!!!! There is no limit to disappointment. There are questions: why don't they talk about the actual dates of readiness, but feed them with promises? Why don't they check the completeness? Why do they take an order, but they don't have the material? Why aren't there any collectors? We do not recommend contacting anyone! As a result, the fate of our kitchen is still unknown, and when or if the missing facade will arrive... Yes, the contract period is from 20 to 40 business days. Then they add 14 more working days to themselves (it's in the contract), but no one will tell you about it. But we're all real people, and you want to understand the REAL TIME FRAME, rather than realizing later that you've been given a hard time, and you'll have to wait sometime. And the company received the money right away (a loan for native goods). CHEATING WITH DEADLINES, EQUIPMENT, IGNORING THE BUYER!!! I DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. TAKE CARE OF YOUR NERVES!

We accidentally found this company based on reviews on the Internet. We decided to just go find out how much and what it would cost. We have been looking at the kitchen for a long time, but we probably lacked some kind of push or communication with someone who will tell you everything in detail. And it so happened that they stopped here.
We enjoyed working with Oksana's manager. She unobtrusively prompted and explained everything. We were not in the office often, but it was a little surprising that the managers here without haste continue to select the option you need even after the end of the working day.
After making part of the prepayment, a measurer comes to you, we had a girl who measured everything properly :) Thank her very much)
We were also offered to issue the missing amount on credit for Belarusian goods. At that moment, we somehow got to know him :) It turned out to be profitable...
it took about a month from the order to the assembly. I was also surprised by the packaging of the kitchen itself. Everything is separately in boxes, neatly packed and signed. There were no marriages. The kit included everything necessary for assembly (as a result, there were still many screws, hexagons and other things). It was a surprise to me that even the PVA glue was included.
It was decided to take the kitchen: MDF facades, boxes and a chipboard countertop.
We agreed on the build date in advance, offered several dates to choose from, we chose Friday.
Huge respect to the collector. He's just a professional in his field. He said that he had more than 20 years of experience in furniture assembly. The man worked ALONE from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. WITHOUT LUNCH, only with coffee breaks. The next day, Saturday, he finished the assembly in another 5 hours. I think it was very fast. Having some basic experience in assembly, I can't imagine how much time it would have taken me :)
Everything was done except for the backlight (I decided to install it myself) and connecting the mixer in the sink.
In general, to summarize, we are very satisfied with our cuisine. To all those who helped us realize our dreams, we say a huge thank you...

Thanks to the experience and professional approach, everything was thought out to the smallest detail, all the difficult moments were finalized, recommendations on installation and selection of equipment were given, affordable and high-quality fittings, facade material, high-quality lighting were selected.

I ordered the kitchen 2 years ago. Salon on P. Mstislavets street. Designer Love. The project was quite complicated due to the abundance of pipes, a gas boiler, and a battery. But thanks to Luba's professionalism, her patience, everything worked out. Good day! I want to share my most vivid impressions of cooperation with the Modul Kitchen salon store (on Mstislavets Street, Minsk) I've had the issue of replacing the kitchen for over a year now. I admit that I was mentally preparing, and financially, of course. It is always difficult to start! The walking man will master the road! I've always dreamed of a Provence-style kitchen. I love France! I've been planning for a whole year how and what I want. I planned it!) There is little left. But as it turned out, the most difficult thing is to find exactly the right company and those people who will help you! By the method of trials, calls, meetings, I began to search. And suddenly one day I accidentally called here. Pleasant administrator Julia told me everything so sweetly and so accessible that after talking with her, I immediately realized that I was here. Well, then my first meeting with a designer named Andrey began. I mean, this is the first time I've met and worked with such top professionals in my field. It was this person who was so imbued with my ideas and helped me design everything so competently (a sign of price and quality) that I am still in a certain state: is this really my kitchen, as in the picture, did we succeed! Andrey is a very responsible employee, a wonderful kind, sympathetic and pleasant person. With any nuance in the question of the kitchen, I could safely turn to him at any time. I trusted him completely! I also want to say a word of thanks to the girl Natalia, who was responsible for the delivery of my kitchen. Everything was made on time. Delivery, lifting of furniture to the apartment. She did her best. I bow low to her for this! Long production time is more than 2 months, which does not correspond to the advertisement. The designer made a lot of mistakes in the design, which were already seen in the installed kitchen. The build quality could also be better, all the holes for sockets and appliances are cut unevenly. The work is not turnkey, they do not install the equipment, which also did not correspond to the original agreements.
