As promised, I am publishing the second and final part of the review about the company "Kitchens Module Online"
The kitchen was delivered with a slight delay from the contract. There are no problems with delivery. Everything is polite and cultured. They even helped me put it in the garage
Next, the installation of the kitchen was approved.
The installation of the kitchen began without problems. But a day later, the installer fell ill. Well, sometimes we're all human. But there is a big BUT!!! 4 days have passed and no one from the company bothered to call and coordinate with the client the deadlines for completing the installation of the kitchen!!! This is very annoying. The company should have the concept that the client has his own job where we earn our money. That the client is sitting without a kitchen in Spartan conditions without the ability to cook properly.... No, no one cares. Until he called and clarified what was what .....
But, thank God, after a week and a half the kitchen was assembled. Hooray. In general, the problem was precisely in not informing the client about your force majeure
I contacted this company to order a kitchen. The result exceeded all expectations.
I would like to express my special gratitude to the designer Elizaveta Shepelevich. She took into account all my wishes and created the perfect project. He is the best specialist in his field that I have ever worked with.
