I looked in to see the tiles, the assortment, I was going to Keramin in general. The tile looked at the wall in the kitchen. There is a huge selection in the store, I decided for myself on a small one, like bricks. Oksana Vladimirovna Glukhotarenko, a consultant, approached, asked in detail where, for what, recommended considering another option, large plates 60 * 120, convenient and practical to use. I agreed with the arguments, chose the tile, calculated everything, + there is delivery to the entrance and possibly with a lift (here individually). I am very pleased with the choice and help of Oksana Vladimirovna, a smart girl, a professional, understands the product she sells perfectly, is very attentive, explains it clearly and affordably. The service is excellent. Such consultants are worth their weight in gold!

Terrible delivery, the tiles were delivered at the wrong time.The time when the tile delivery was scheduled was never delivered, referring to the fact that they would no longer be able to bring it at that time, they tormented us like this all day.After the next calls, they brought the broken tile, and they wanted to show that it was a manufacturing defect, we will not change anything.So much effort and nerve had to be spent so that they changed the tiles for us, that they no longer set foot in this salon.And we advise everyone.Because, as WE realized, we wanted to sell the marriage at full value.
