To put it mildly, the impressions are negative from this salon! I ordered a siphon, a screen and legs for the shower tray. I paid about 80%, delivery under the contract is 20 working days. After some time (2 weeks), they called from the salon (Monday) and said that my order had arrived at the warehouse, you can come to the salon to pay the rest and go pick it up (I had pickup). I went to pay in the evening, respectively, I did not have time to go to the warehouse. The next day, there was another call from the salon - sorry, your order was brought to the wrong warehouse! OK, I think it happens. The manager said that on Thursday you can safely go to pick up! And then it started! Thursday came, I was going to the warehouse, and they say, Soryan, no one brought your order (in the sense??? Okay, they said they would make a delivery home. I'm waiting for silence ... at this point, the deadlines have already been reached according to the contract. I call the salon, and they say "part of your order was given to another person" can bring a siphon and a screen, and we will take the legs when that person goes to his dacha for them" There was no limit to indignation! In the evening, the girl, the head of the logistics service, called and said that she was bringing me part of the order. I arrived, we look: the siphon is the one, but the screen is terrible! It felt like it had just been removed from some old pallet: it was all scratched, twisted and 100% not the one I ordered. The result is that he leaves the siphon and leaves. The next day I called the salon, to terminate the contract-I couldn't wait any longer. Although the suggestion was to wait until they ordered a new screen… Seriously?! Naturally, I terminated the contract, but the salon administration stubbornly proved to me that it was not their fault in this situation(! In general, completely non-customer-oriented employees work here, the feeling that everyone "doesn't give a damn" about you, the main thing is to pay money.
I bought tiles in this store, epoxy grout, flushing and sponge. I regretted this action a thousand times. The epoxy grout was "smeared", I realized this after a conversation with my master, who laid the tile. In one box, there are 2 identical tiles with the same pattern, which should not be the principle (large customers (legal entities) come to the warehouse and change it as they want (they select it for themselves), and the seller will do anything to sell it. They repackage it and can safely "sell it" to ordinary people. They wanted to return the epoxy grout back, since its work is too expensive (the cost of sealing a square meter is equivalent to laying tiles of a square meter), but they refused, they say, according to the law, you have 14 days to return. Or they could just solve the problem in a human way. Since each legal entity determines the refund period for itself. I am very unhappy with the purchase and what to do with epoxy grout, flushing, sponge for 257 bel. rub. I have no idea.

Very bad impressions were left from the purchase of porcelain stoneware in this company. I ordered tiles for the new building, on the walls, on the floor. The volume is not small enough. For the first time, all the tiles were brought, this is about 190 pieces in the size of 60x60, the most interesting thing is that 1 day is given for verification. I.e., an ordinary working person who received the tile on a weekday evening should have time to double-check it all that evening. Well, okay, we start checking the tile on the floor (as a result, there were fewer questions about it), there were only problems with it (a corner was broken off, etc.). I start checking the tiles on the walls and then I get a little shocked... ALL tiles have glaze defects. I am writing to the complaint department, where I am politely asked to take a picture of EACH tile (83 pieces). After staying in the apartment until 12 at night, tired and hungry, I'm going home. As a result, the store recognized the factory defect of the entire batch of tiles in their warehouse. We change this tile to something similar. And what do you think? I get a tile with glaze defects again. We are changing this tile for the third option, a more or less normal one arrived, but there were also tiles with defects, these tiles were brought to me to replace 15 pieces and again of them 4 pieces with a factory defect! Although the warehouse opened all three packages and allegedly checked the tiles before shipping. The cherry on the cake was the replacement of the last 1 piece of tile, which the store agreed to bring for replacement without any problems at all. So this one unfortunate tile arrived with a defect. I consider this attitude of warehouse workers to be piggy towards the customer. It was about a Russian-made Laparet tile. There were no such problems with the Indian on the shelf. Many thanks to the complaint Department for the trouble-free replacement and delivery of tiles. It is a pity that the quality of the products has spoiled the impression of the company as a whole.
Until recently, the word "professional" was associated exclusively with the film starring Jean Paul Belmondo. But now, when I meet this word, I immediately remember Snezhanna Protrusion from Modus Ceramics, a store on Sovetskaya Street in Gomel. There is nothing more to add.

Everything is just fine, the staff is friendly, they told all the pros and cons, sorted through 70 ± squares of tiles, found 6 pieces out of 200 of poor quality, namely a couple of chipped ones and 4 factory defects. Faced with a situation - 4 pieces of porcelain stoneware were not enough when laying. Moreover, there was no fight or marriage, the laying was clearly according to the layout of the interior designer on Dzerzhinsky, where tiles for the entire volume were originally bought.. It's just that the salon staff thought so. And when contacting the salon where they bought the tile, it turned out that it was not available and on order. We waited two months for the possible start of its production at the factory. The repair has become. The situation is simply critical. I explained the situation to the salon administration, asked them to sell me the tiles available in this salon and to facilitate the purchase in other salons. They refused outright. Of the proposed options - wait, shift the joint of the laminate with the tile and try to pick up something similar. Yes, there were such ridiculous offers from employees at Dzerzhinsky.
And so, when contacting the salon on Partizansky Prospekt, an employee of Barechko Victoria found the necessary tile in the warehouse among the markdowns. Considering that the necessary tiles will still be cut off- of course we purchased it.
So the question is - why did the staff of the salon, where tiles were originally bought in a fairly large volume and not quite cheap, could not strain themselves to do something?
Why did an employee of the salon, who has nothing to do with the current situation, get into my position and do everything possible to resolve the situation?!
Everything is simple. Attitude to customers, customer orientation. And although the assortment is the same in all salons- for tiles on the kitchen apron, only to your salon. Not a foot on Dzerzhinsky.
We bought Laparet white glossy porcelain stoneware for a kitchen apron at a price of 68 rubles per sq.m. We needed 7 tiles, despite the fact that there are 4 pieces in a package. It was a huge surprise to see that 3 tiles were delivered without any packaging (that is, someone in the warehouse took a whole box with 4 pieces, unpacked, left one tile in its original packaging in the warehouse, and brought three without protection at all). Naturally, all three tiles were scratched, while there are no complaints about the quality of the other four, which were in the original packaging.
According to the complaint, the tile was replaced only on the fifth day after delivery. And no, these would-be deliverers also failed to bring tiles without defects the second time! This time they were packed in bare cardboard, not fixed in any way, there were no protective corners again. One tile turned out to be not just scratched, but cracked. Naturally, after all this fuss, the plans to call the tiler early and close the apron issue before the kitchen arrived were covered.
If you think that buying expensive porcelain stoneware piece by piece in a large store, you will not encounter the banal stupidity of delivery, then you are mistaken.
Moral: either buy tiles in packages, or avoid this place.

I bought tiles for the bathroom. The consultant calculated everything. After laying, it turned out that 3.6 squares of extra tiles. After that, we turned to the complaint department, where we were roughly sent. The layout was done by a consultant and the deviation was 3.6 square meters. Taking into account the fact that we did not take a reserve for the fight, as recommended to us in the store. In general, they refused to take the whole tile, citing the expiration of 14 days from the date of sale.

The defective tile is placed in the middle of the packages. I have not seen such a large amount of marriage anywhere before: neither in Ceramic, nor in cheaper tiles.
The management covers itself with the deadlines that it issues for inspection (2 days), in the hope that you will not have time to check. Normal tiles are placed on top. so that when opening the package, it looks like the tile is in order. But in the middle there will be a surprise waiting for you: a split tile, with traces of chips.
Disrespectful attitude towards the client. A complete disappointment. The worst tile buying experience.
