I want to tell you about my positive experience of cooperation with this company and in particular with Tatiana!
I have been there 3 times, there is always a free parking space.
Tatiana helped me decide on the number of tiles I needed.
They very promptly ordered tiles for me that were missing in the required quantity.
I have not experienced any problems with payment and delivery.
Now I am faced with the fact that several tiles were missing, due to some changes on my part - Tatiana, as always, is in touch and promptly helped solve my question!
I have never felt indifference, although it often happens that after receiving payment, interest disappears :)
There were questions about the fugue - I received answers with photos and explanations!
Upon payment, I made an advance payment, and then the promotion began in the salon. They've counted everything for me!

We were lucky to have a manager, a young man named Yuri. He offered several options for tiles, which were not immediately noticed. As a result, either we have similar tastes, or the person represents the picture so well, offered a washbasin and a bedside table for it, which my wife and I really liked, but Yuri did not know about it, just took me to the exposition and said, I want to offer you this option. He gave us a lot of time, and as a result, tiles for the bathroom and bathroom, toilet, washbasin, bedside table, cabinet above the washbasin were purchased in this store from Yuri.
But it was not without nuances, there were many defects on the tile, while they give us a day to check the tiles, it so happened that it was a weekend, so we calmly looked through the entire volume of tiles, and contacted the complaint department. Thanks also to Tatiana, who accepted defects and defects in the tile, they met us halfway and without question replaced the tile with a defect-free one, and one type of tile was changed to another, which was chosen as a result in the Ceramics Mode.

Experienced staff helped to come up with a design from scratch and combine various styles within an hour, the benefit is that the choice is really big, having settled on the option you like, specialist Natalia made a visualization in a short time and calculated on a not small number of tiles with minimal losses in the form of scraps. ps. Everyone was satisfied, even the tiler :)

A very "interesting" store. Of the advantages, there is a large selection. You can look at it and buy it elsewhere. We ordered a tile for the bathroom. The manager sang beautifully and promised discounts (which we no longer saw in the receipt), well, okay, we were satisfied with the cost anyway. A day for revision.The nonconditioning was exchanged. No problem. Then we decided not to look for toilet tiles all over Minsk and ordered a Spanish one there. The first batch of tiles was full of holes, they did not wait for the exchange, they chose another one. Out of 10 new tiles, 9 nonconditioned and 1 whole were brought. Naturally, we no longer wanted to work as a loader and store them incongruously. I will spare no time, but I will find another store to buy the missing tiles.

Initially, we didn't really imagine what we wanted, because we had wood and marble in the design, everything was like everyone else, but we wanted to change and choose a different combination. How patient and responsive the staff turned out to be, how they carried the tiles to each other so that we could understand what was suitable, Evgenia helped a lot with her advice and a good sense of style and taste, we chose the tile. But only now, when she lay down on the walls, you can fully realize what a beauty it turned out and how everything suits us. We were very satisfied and infinitely grateful. Отличный салон , огромный выбор плитки и сантехники , остановился именно на этом салоне , зашёл и вуаля все там мне собрали и доставили домой , покупал абсолютно всю сантехнику для ванной и туалета , а также плитку , фугу и клей , про аксессуары отдельно , увидел и пришлось все купить , красота должна блистать !
Огромное спасибо дизайнеру Наталье , которая меня терпела , мои капризы и нерешимость .
Девушка (очень красивая девушка) оформила просто бомбический дизайн , все необходимое собрала и интересовалась , как проходит ремонт до самого завершения этого нелегкого дела ! Одним словом профи :)

I went around all the Continents, Ohms, Miles, etc. I didn't like anything. Here I came across the fact that I can't decide, because I like this, and this, and this. We bought tiles in this store. Tiles are not cheap. Upon delivery, it turned out to be 45% defective. They wrote a claim , the second time they brought 15% of the marriage. And everyone changes something, one marriage. We went to the warehouse in Fanipol to change the tiles ourselves. And there they throw up their hands, what should they do with the marriage, it's import and they won't take it back from them. So they drive marriage around in a circle. The result: a spoiled mood, nerves. It's a pity that I didn't read the reviews earlier. I do not recommend it!!! Don't set foot here anymore.

It's a disgusting place. The devil pulled me in to see the baths. We couldn't get rid of the manager's calls for a month. In the end, we were persuaded to buy a bathtub...
delivery, no matter what, a rude, impolite driver. They said that we would carry the acrylic bathtub to the apartment ourselves, in response — "why did I take a loader with me?". How can a person have the conscience to say that, if we heard perfectly well from him that the loader will wear tiles on the next order? I had to give, just to avoid swearing, 20 rubles in cash for 2 minutes, which the "loader" (dressed in skinny jeans, sneakers, a cap and sunglasses on a cloudy day) carried an acrylic bathtub 10 meters to the elevator and 5 meters from the elevator.
We paid with a Halva card to the driver. The driver asks how many months the installment plan is. The manager promised 8 months, and they answered the driver the same thing. They didn't believe me, I had to call the manager, as it turned out, this is already their internal affairs, supposedly we will have 8, but formally they will hold us at 6 ...
I don't set foot in this store anymore. Such an attitude, such a service, is a spit in the face of the client. I don't advise anyone. Before you get involved, think 10 times. You can find both cheaper and better, and at least you will be considered a person.
P.S. and you do not need to say that your delivery is outsourced, it is your own delivery.

I have very bad impressions from this store and I will not recommend it to any of my friends. We did not buy cheap tiles, but Spanish ones. We turned to a consultant, Denis. Everything that we have chosen ourselves, that's the end of it, they can't offer anything for new collections. The answer is one-look at the stand ahead ... after paying for your chosen tile, after a couple of days it was delivered to us on a regular minibus, while also for a fee))) then it all started ... when buying, our dear Denis did not warn that all 40 packages per piece should be checked during the day. Naturally, our tiler started working only a couple of days later and it turned out that the tile did not smell of Spain, it was all non-traditional. One has a hole almost through, a lot of chips. It's just awful!!! Naturally, they refused to replace us, saying that we had not checked during the day. Just take the money. The attitude is terrible… Be very careful when buying in this store)))
