Among the advantages: a new building and the ability to pay on the spot. The disadvantage is parking. Everything else is the same as in the old days...
Everything would be fine if it weren't for the eternal queues for an appointment with a registrar who works with legal entities. You can wait in line for 2 hours or more. It would not hurt to consider allocating an additional employee to receive legal entities.
Maybe someone has complaints about the staff . I was lucky, and the transaction was quick and successful👍 And I also understood everything from the first time what , where and what documents need to be prepared .

They didn't ask a bunch of stupid questions and didn't send them back and forth through the offices. There is also a branch of Belagroprombank inside, and even there was a very pleasant and polite employee. In general, summing up all the above, I liked everything! I hope that they will move forward and improve the quality, and will not slide down and turn into a kind of notary office that I recently visited.
The issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. They advised me how to pay for the certificate cheaper. Although it was more difficult for them to do it technically. Saving 3 p out of 6. Pennies is certainly not very pleasant that there are such people.

The agency's management does not care about the queue and the quality of customer service, the entire management amicably went to lunch before 13.00, leaving subordinates without control. Of the 10 classes equipped for receiving clients, only 3 worked. The coupon system is nominal, for reporting. It seemed that at the reception the employee chooses them herself in advance, because I and the following clients were offered to take coupons "that others had previously refused", naturally with a different service time. I believe that during this period a person will learn any job and will do it perfectly. I went 3 times, and the third time I realized that they were not going to take me, and these interviews were conducted for a distraction.. In general, I wanted to write something new, but I would like people to start thinking in a new way, and not be afraid that someone might sit them down.. I would like to know what criteria you have for candidates for ordinary positions, and what kind of formations do your senior staff work with, if they are not at all interested in the personnel of the two highest ones??
