You can treat this architectural monument in different ways, but the fact that it contributes to the uniqueness of the appearance of the central part of our city is a fact (and it does not matter that there is almost a twin on Independence Square, Minsk is still there). The building smells of the era, starting with the bloody Ilyich on the street, ending with the corridors, interior and smell (!!!) inside the building.
