(the Internet is extremely rare, the chairs are broken, the room is cold). I have a knee joint disease and it was very excruciatingly difficult to carry my suitcases to the 5th floor upon arrival. And so it is every day. I had to give up dinner to save my knees. And after the arrival, the garbage was taken out only on the fifth day and cleaned up. Is this normal? If you do not provide the services in full, then please compensate with something else. After this stay, your sanatorium will certainly not be considered by our family in the future. Recently, we have seen a deterioration in the organization of the sanatorium.

There was concern for the workers. Here, 30 years later, I took a salary certificate to the OK. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We prepared the documents quickly.
