I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff of the 2nd infectious diseases department. During my stay at the department, I was pleasantly surprised by how polite, competent, and responsive the staff is. Thank you for understanding the situation and putting me and three children in the same room, because children were admitted at intervals. Thank you for the timely and qualified assistance. The comfort in the ward is top-notch. Cleaning was carried out repeatedly. Eating in large portions. Comfort in everything, if necessary, there is a microwave, warm water (in the pantry) in the box itself - a refrigerator, a wardrobe for outerwear in a separate room of the box, a shower, a toilet, 2 sinks. Accommodation for 3 people. The entrance to the box is from the balcony, which reduces the likelihood of the spread of the disease. When entering the box, the medical staff handles the hands in one room of the box, then enters the box. Food is served through a special window. I was surprised that there is such comfort and care now.
Of course, it's better not to be here, but life is like that. As they say, it's good that there are our Angels in white coats. Thank them very much for their daily work. Good health and patience, strength, happiness and well-being.
Well, a little bit about the case. The building is new, the rooms are made in bright colors. The rooms are very clean! Naturally, a ward for 1 or 2 people is isolated. Everything is transmitted through a specially made opening that opens into the corridor on one side and into the ward on the other. The ward has a toilet, a shower room, several sinks (located in different rooms), a refrigerator, sockets, bedside tables, chairs. A doctor and medical staff can enter the room. You can't leave the ward. All tests are done in the morning, in the ward. TAKE PLENTY OF WATER WITH YOU WHEN YOU ARRIVE. THE PRESENCE OF A BOTTLE WITH A VOLUME OF 1 LITER WILL NOT BE SUPERFLUOUS. The food is good. Dinner is early, so there is a slight feeling of hunger in the morning. I think the doctors have thought of everything. Transfers are received at the bottom of the building, there are leaflets and pens so that you can sign the transfer. You can, of course, do this at home. The transmissions are collected within about 40 minutes. So if you need a refund, you'll have to wait.
You can get there, as well as to hospital 1, by bus or minibus, you can also take a taxi) much more comfortable!) When exiting the bus, Hospital 1 has "old" but updated buildings on the left, and a new, beautiful building of the infectious diseases department is directly to the right.
Be healthy and grateful to our Doctors, medical staff and everyone who participates in our rescue.
Well done, they finally built it! It is a very large and functional center. A huge range of services and various procedures in one place. Great accommodation and excellent specialists. I hope that such a place will always be empty, good health to all!
