I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff of the 2nd infectious diseases department. During my stay at the department, I was pleasantly surprised by how polite, competent, and responsive the staff is. Thank you for understanding the situation and putting me and three children in the same room, because children were admitted at intervals. Thank you for the timely and qualified assistance. The comfort in the ward is top-notch. Cleaning was carried out repeatedly. Eating in large portions. Comfort in everything, if necessary, there is a microwave, warm water (in the pantry) in the box itself - a refrigerator, a wardrobe for outerwear in a separate room of the box, a shower, a toilet, 2 sinks. Accommodation for 3 people. The entrance to the box is from the balcony, which reduces the likelihood of the spread of the disease. When entering the box, the medical staff handles the hands in one room of the box, then enters the box. Food is served through a special window. I was surprised that there is such comfort and care now.

The only advantage is a good repair. But the staff is just terrible. You can't ask anything normally, the doctor immediately runs out of the room, you have to remember what you wanted to ask. The answer to all questions is "no, that can't be." It is impossible to undergo any kind of examination, ultrasound. Why? The answer must be planned in advance, we have been asking for 1.5 weeks, but there is no point. That is, even if there is an emergency, will you also plan in advance??? They treat tests stupidly, no one cares about the condition. A small child was discharged home with vomiting, because the tests were normal, and the next day we got here again by ambulance. I do not recommend it to anyone, if the condition allows, be treated at home under the supervision of a good doctor.

One star is only for the doctor who treated her, the barmaid Svetlana does not distribute all the food, there are not enough salads for everyone, tea or whatever to drink is cold and not sweet at all, I think it's diluted with water, the nurse staff is also like the barmaid Svetlana from the 4th infectious boor, a brawler and a rude woman, it's necessary to call the police if it was normal for the barmaid. I almost starved to death, everything is closed there and you can't go to the store to buy food, and the house is 100 km away, no one will come. Terrible separation. Some doctors are really experts, thanks at least to them that they were cured..

The impression is twofold, the doctors are good, but! The design of the building, the secondary and junior medical staff leave much to be desired. We were lying at the end of October with covid, the baby is 6 months old, the temperature is severe, runny nose, it's hard to eat. On the 3rd day, they sent it to the snapshot, attention!!!! Put on outerwear and here we are being led out of the box onto the balcony and through a draught with rain to the elevator and further along the courtyard street in the same conditions to the X-ray. Who decided to build this wonderful building in our climate zone, which has already cracked in half????!!!! When asked to clean the baby's nose, the nurse offered to suck them with her mouth, curtain!!!

New beautiful building, good repair, tiles on the floor. It's very thoughtful, you get into the box directly from the street through the balcony, you don't go through the compartment. That is, the box is passable on both sides. The staff greets you from the department. There are two people in the boxes, a shower, a toilet, a closet, a table, two stools. Everything is convenient. One minus is a terrible draft, it's very cold. It looks like low-quality double-glazed windows, and the balcony door is also plastic. If there was a match, it would definitely go out. The staff compensates- everyone is polite, attentive, patient. If we compare it with the Berezovskaya hospital, then heaven and earth.

The repair is certainly good. Everything is for people!!! But I don't advise you to get there. The attitude of the nurses is terrible. You stand under your box in the waiting room for five minutes, on the street, in the rain, in the dark among the overgrowth, no one cares. When asked to wait until a taxi arrives to go home, under the roof of their establishment, I was answered categorically no. The reception is over, leave the institution. As a result, 20 minutes on the street.

A gorgeous new infectious disease building. The room has a maximum of 2 people, its own toilet, shower, refrigerator and wardrobe. But there is one disadvantage, these are specialists (nurses) who take blood and put catheters. They have been doing their job for a very long time, the baby at 1 year old, probably took blood for 15 or 20 minutes and put a catheter. The child was bursting with pain, and they pierced all his veins. There were no such problems in the regional hospital and the veins were good. In short, the staff is so-so
