Go to the pediatrician. If you managed to get to the ENT using an additional coupon, then you sit in line for 1-2 hours, since there are a lot of people for one doctor who comes for several hours. There is absolutely no organization in terms of the availability of coupons to specialists and terribly long queues. Lack of specialists.
