There are constant, huge queues at the reception. You have to look for tests in the offices, as well as your card. I would like to say a few words about the disgusting and boorish behavior of a surgeon named Kevlyuk. This person, not only does not give a full consultation, but also allows himself to yell at patients. I consider this behavior unacceptable, the person is out of place, hates people. I believe that in the near future, the higher management will give an assessment of the work of this "under-specialist".

Inconvenient location, rudeness, kilometer-long queues at the reception and offices, you can't sign up for doctors. This is not a clinic, but a nightmare! God forbid you get sick! You can't pass the medical examination! I sat under the office for 3 hours! Just to be referred to other doctors! And others in the queue said that they had been trying to get to the pre-medical office for 2 days. While the queue for the office did not start moving to the reception room to the chief physician with claims. You can't make an appointment with doctors by phone! The phone is taken off and put back on, And if you get through, then either an appointment is made on some other day, on which everything is exactly unlikely that you will be recorded, then the doctor does not work. What's the point of a clinic where they don't want to treat you?

The clinic's resource is huge, there is equipment not worse but better than many others, but the composition of doctors is a sad sight. I visited the other day, I was disappointed, there were fewer good doctors. The information is not relevant, prescriptions are written out as if the patient's card had not been looked at.You cannot ask a therapist for a referral to another specialist. The only thing I was pleased with was that they failed to ruin the exercise therapy.

An extremely terrible clinic. I am completely shocked by the doctors. She came with a fever and without a single sign of odors. The doctor recorded a temperature of 37/4. They sent me for a covid test, but they didn't give me a sick leave. And the head of the department generally said that 37/4 is the norm of temperature. They were sent home with a fever and no sense of smell. There is no limit to my surprise. How many people will I infect because of doctors like that!!!!

I can 't get through to the reception , the doctor takes it as he likes ... The schedule of what is on the stand, what is recorded in the computer is very different .... The coupons do not contain up-to-date information about fluorography . The therapist takes it slowly (especially when grannies come to the reception). The medical staff sometimes allows themselves to chew gum and slurp while talking to the doctor, and also allow them to talk on the side about their "girlish" during the reception and let strangers in (I don't want to advertise my problems, all the questions a stranger can ask after) - don't care about the patients. The gynecologist is generally a separate topic: she can't really say anything, she gropes and asks me questions that I should come and ask her, and I'm not sure that everything is okay with her psyche. There is no cardiologist (Ecg is done, but there is no doctor), in the clinic - everything is decided by a therapist (like he is very qualified in all areas).

It 's a terrible place , I 've been waiting for tests for 3 months , I 've been hitting the thresholds , they can 't find everything , they even hint that I should pay money for my lost card !!!! The disgusting attitude of the head of this polyclinic , and these are called doctors ????? Who can 't even take blood from a vein normally , walked for a month with bruises , as a result , they had to be reshuffled and then they also lost the card !!!!!
