Customer orientation is 0, I don't understand fabrics, I asked the girl to help me find the fabric as in the picture, I just pointed my finger at the linen there and that's it. It's better to look at the fabrics on the ground floor, maybe the girls will be nicer there.

sellers are akin to furniture . extremely low level of service. phone calls are more important than customers. There is zero help . at most, they will be able to calculate you. but if you don't know anything, it's better not to even try to apply. it's better to Google in advance than to waste your nerves on this place

A wonderful place with a huge selection of fabrics!
The goal was to choose a fabric for a business suit for a girl, while I wanted to buy something of high quality and not a shabby fabric for 15p as in my native Vitebsk.
We found a great blue fabric for a decent price considering our small budget.
The seller helped to make sure that the fabric would really look good in the style of the girl's clothes for which we were going to sew a suit.

It was necessary to urgently find a costume for the celebration (invited to the wedding). I didn't pick up anything in the stores: either nothing decent for a lot of money or sooo expensive suits. To clear my conscience, I went to the "Favorite Fabrics". He outlined the situation and the timing. We picked up the fabric quickly together with the consultants. But here are the deadlines!? They called one studio, another, and a third. We have agreed on one (state-owned but well-known) thing. The day before the event, I picked up the costume! Thanks!
