There is an ATM near the checkpoint. One building has been converted into a shopping center, which has a hairdresser, a Euroopt, a clothing store, an MMA, a tatoo studio and rental space. You can't get to the factory itself without a pass. There is a large parking lot and a bus stop nearby.
