Not the restaurant " Fortress " , the photo of which was put up as a " business card " of the park - the park itself was born ( from the day of the birth of the city , and maybe earlier ) and to this day the main blood artery of the city ! Imagine, the park is more years old than the city ! The trees and the slopes of the slides , which are over 50 years old , have been preserved ! Once in the 70s , a small but deep ( for me , a kid , 1.5 meters deep ) river flowed through the park , the banks of which were completely overgrown with reeds ; I , a five - year - old , played " Indians " there with the boys .
