Chairman Otegen Kainyshevich is a real mafioso. Owns several KSCS, one of which is this one and another Maksat. He steals in a black way, ignores calls and requests from the KSK. Some residents have not seen him in person, as he never comes to meetings. It does not provide reports, nothing at all! What a cad! He keeps his house in a disgusting state. It is not clear who is protecting him. He is in monetary collusion with some particularly distinguished tenants in a bad way. Some corrupt old ladies do not pay for the KSK, but in return they stand by him and do not allow him to be overthrown. They try to persuade other old ladies who don't know much.
