Yesterday, 05/20/24, I took mantas, in an institution, with meat and pumpkin. The dough is good, not dark, thin. The meat is not tough. They did not serve immediately, I had to stand at the cash register, but politely. The waiter is friendly (a bright Kazakh boy).
Minus both the pumpkin and the meat are cut into huge chunks from 7 to 15 mm. As a result, manta rays taste like pure pumpkin, because you take a bite and there was not a single piece of meat on the bite side. Also, the meat was eaten, it is clearly visible on large pieces.
