Then I wrote them a telegram. They answered me, and then they were silent for two days. At the same time, I reminded myself and wrote that I was waiting for an answer. It was clear that the user had been online repeatedly. Calls were also not answered.
I had already written an angry message and by the evening I was finally answered that they had a sanitary day.
I don't understand how this prevents customers from responding. And how I needed to know that they had a sanitary day is also a mystery.
