There is a factory nearby near the shopping center, workers put their cars on all day, thereby leaving no places for visitors to the shopping center! At the same time, it's okay on a day off when there are a lot of people, so there are not enough places in the middle of a weekday. But there is a way out - to put up a barrier and make parking for 3 hours for free. And there will be enough places, and workers from the factory and nearby houses will not put their cars there permanently.
