The score is closer to 4 with a minus.
The staff is polite, friendly, cheerful uncle in the role of hostess, but sometimes too annoying, I would like to slow down his pressure a little, apparently it's boring all the same alone.
The excellent location of the hotel, within walking distance of all the sights of the city, a lot of parks, restaurants.
I didn't like a few things :
1. A non-working barrier at the entrance to the parking lot;
2. Not working with the theme of air conditioning in the apartment, then at an outdoor temperature of +28 degrees during the day;
3. No trash bins in the apartment ;
4. No shoe spoon;
5. Lack of utensils (pot, frying pan, etc.) for cooking in the apartment ;
6. The water is running intermittently, it feels like the pump is pumping;
7. Breakfast is very sad, omelette and porridge, pancakes are ordinary, two types of juice, some fruit, yogurt, coffee, toast, pork and cheese. And so it was for two days in a row. It is also strange that the porridge is watery.
In general, if you do not pay attention to the above little things, then everything is quite good, the area is new, close to the center, from the 7th floor you can see Ak Orda and the House of Ministries.
The wifi works well.
I will trust that the management will read this review and take measures to fix the problems.
The bathroom is cold, the furniture is from Ikea (at least that's the impression). The maid quit and therefore had to move into the suite, because all the standards were dirty. It's not worth the money.
