The hotel is very bad, I have no idea why they call it “4-star”. We were here in January, and it’s incredibly cold in rooms. There is no sound isolation, you hear everything what people are doing in the next room, including dialogues, coughing and going to the toilet.
The TV set is smaller than the display of my laptop. If the hotel can’t buy a normal TV, it would be more merciful to keep the room without TV at all.
Lunch was also disappointing - the food options were poor. During the lunch waiters don’t know what the personal space is and walking all the time very close to the tables, looking for dirty plates. It was very obscure, I felt myself in prison with waiters as wardens.
Long story short, this hotel is OK for business trips, but not for holidays.

The overall impression is that the hotel does not look like a 4-star hotel.
We settled here as part of an excursion, we were not given a choice.
It's a good thing it's just for one night.
The rooms are furnished with loose furniture, there is a kettle in the room, but there is no outlet for it - you need to remove the wire from under the wooden stand with tea bags, and carry it to another part of the table, to the TV, which is plugged into an outlet somewhere under the table, and above it there is a free outlet.
And in general, the logic of the furniture is strange, it looks unergonomical.
Light switches are exactly behind the pillow of the middle bed - you can arrange a "doomsday" by unsuccessfully turning over at night.
There were no slippers in the room.
There are false eyelashes from previous guests on the rim of the sink.
There is a buffet, but all the dishes did not please either the view or the taste. Just filling your stomach will do.
There are seals walking around the territory, but they don't take care of the territory very carefully - it smells strongly of cat markings.
A wonderful hotel! Beautiful and spacious! Top-level service, room cleaning every day. There is an opportunity to use the sauna, hammam and 2 swimming pools, indoor and outdoor, for free. The staff always greets you and helps you solve problems quickly!
Those who work in such places are always helping. Thank you. Dinner and especially breakfast in the morning are not for a 4-star hotel. They could be a little more selfless.
We stayed only one night, stopped by in the evening, and left the next day after breakfast. The room is standard. The territory was not seen. Dinner and breakfast are meager and tasteless. I was surprised that the hot dishes were served by the restaurant staff, as in the dining room, and in such quantity, as if they were doing a favor. In general, attention was paid only to those who ordered drinks, since they are all paid for dinner, alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
We went to Cappadocia for an excursion and spent the night at this hotel once. Everything seems to be fine, but they just killed absolutely all drinks for an additional fee for dinner, even water! Despite the fact that the food is free. They didn't understand this bullying at all.
