I have been enjoying visiting this gym for several years now! There is everything you need to work out all muscle groups. A friendly coach is always ready to share his experience and give advice. The cost of the visit is very pleasant. I definitely recommend it!
If you've watched enough motivational videos and are ready to change your life through the gym, this is the best place. There is nothing superfluous here, there are no administrators, there are no people who came to take pictures. Only tough men who pull iron and a few beautiful girls. They're working on the results to make the body of their dreams, which I did. It is inexpensive, but there is also a trainer who will show you how to perform the exercises correctly and point out mistakes in technique. The coach is generally a cool, award-winning bodybuilder. He will tell you about nutrition, give you advice on life, and build a program individually for everyone. I actually came after the operation and my coach and I started working slowly, then after 2 months I started making a base. I feel great right now, I'm in my best shape. I have gained self-confidence, healthy aggression, and I talk to girls in a different way.
