An extremely interesting place, a must-visit - three floors of creativity, each floor is made in its own style - therefore, the atmosphere alone is worth a lot.
Excellent dishes and snacks, an excellent selection of drinks, fast and courteous service, the staff is smiling, friendly, attentive to detail and friendly - they perfectly create an atmosphere, complementing the above.
There is an interesting "activity", if you can call it that - a "wine trip" - several serves of different drinks and snacks / dishes to them. It's great, I recommend trying it out if possible (it takes one and a half to two hours).

I liked everything. And the interior, and the food, and the staff. We arrived from Grodno, chose a restaurant for breakfast and were satisfied with everything. We talked with the waiters and the chef. It was noted that you can try adding French mustard to croque madame. But the shrimp dish was generally perfect in taste. Thanks! There are a lot of negative reviews , I don 't understand why . This place has fulfilled my expectations!
I advise you to go for breakfast!
Having visited many places in Bali and other countries, I know a lot about properly cooked Benedict! Everything is observed here: the right sauce , good salmon , beautiful serving, high-quality brioche.
I didn 't like the coffee very much . The waiters are good -natured . There were a lot of places in the cafe in the morning.
Of the advantages, I will note a very beautiful interior, it is fascinating! Candles on the table , napkins in the form of a palette ! The kitchen is right in front of you ! The chefs are professionals!

Everything is on top, everything is married.
Having visited many establishments in Minsk, we can safely say that this institution is one of the best!
Beautiful, cozy interior and incredible kitchen.
I recommend having dinner and breakfast at the chef's table, there is a young team of professionals working in the kitchen who will expertly tell you and tell you about food and cooking.
There is a cozy bar on the second floor.
They are prepared at the level of: high-quality ingredients, excellent balance of taste and a large selection.

In winter, I was with a friend for breakfast, I took a French omelette with shrimp and crab (crab feels like crab sticks, there are almost no shrimp there for what to put such a price is a mystery) + coffee (coffee was asked to bring immediately) and proseco. With the place virtually empty and provided that we had booked a table for two in advance, we were seated in the center of the hall on the second floor at a huge and uncomfortable table. When asked to transfer, they said that they could not do this because of the full reservation (there were only us in the hall, no one else and two girls were sitting downstairs too), I said that we would only have breakfast and would be here for a maximum of 1.5 hours, the girl said no in principle. Coffee was brought to us only after 30 minutes, perhaps the staff extracted coffee beans from the plantations, I do not know. Breakfast was brought 30 minutes after coffee. It turned out to be a strange story with proseko in general. They ordered it, asked to bring it with breakfast. As a result, the omelet was brought, but the proseco was not. When they asked where the drink was, the girl immediately left, then returned, said that there was no such kind of prosecco and left like lightning, she did not offer an alternative, I had to call her to choose another kind of prosecco, then while they were carrying the prosecco, the omelet was almost cold)
Then we waited another 20 minutes for the bill.
I remind you: there are 4 people in the institution with us. We were there for +- 2 hours, of which 1:50 waited for food and a bill, 10 took pictures, would have left earlier if the staff had been more efficient. During this time, there were no more visitors, we were not transferred to another table. I don't understand what the logic is, but I don't have the desire to come to the institution again.

An example of how a great concept can be ruined by people. A very interesting idea of the institution, which is sustained even in small things (numbers for outerwear on tubes of paint, names of cocktails, design of tables with paint strokes, author's dishes, the symbol of the restaurant on each step of the stairs, beautiful uniforms of employees).
The kitchen is good. An interesting snack is Shu with a white fish salad, only the rice is a little thin. Onion soup was disappointing, completely unappetizing serving (it is different in the restaurant's Instagram account). The salmon on coals with sauce was very good, the fish was not overexposed, the zucchini and sauce were very tasty. Dessert Lemons taste like a typical dessert of this kind, a beautiful presentation. Shu with fried chocolate, that was just delicious, the best dish of the evening.
And now for the maintenance. It seems that the hostess has been working very recently. They greet you as if you weren't expecting anyone. The waiter... I understand that it is difficult to part with the phone, but she was so passionate about it that it was simply impossible to catch eye contact. Dirty dishes could stand on the table for quite a long time (especially considering the small influx of visitors). The napkins were not removed from the table at all. The most striking moment was when the girl began recording a voice message right in the hall…
And another unpleasant moment was that when booking, the girl asked if there was any special reason, it was said that yes, it was a birthday. As a result, everyone safely forgot about it, and when I asked the hostess why it was necessary to ask if no one even said Happy Birthday, she began to fuss and communicate with colleagues. In the end, I didn't even apologize properly, I just gave the dessert with me, not even wondering who had a holiday and not congratulating.

From the abundance of flavors in the dishes, namely combinations of delicate sauces with perfectly cooked variations of these beef and fish dishes, to put it mildly, I am absolutely delighted. Everything is prepared carefully and indeed, one can even say with love, in front of you and from this you get even more pleasure. I can say with confidence that this restaurant is a business card of Minsk in its own way. And those who want to get an unforgettable experience are really better off relying on the cook. We were celebrating a friend's birthday. The place is beautiful, but the advantages end there. There were three of us and all three unanimously agreed that the food was tasteless. Very simple ingredients, nothing special in the flavor combinations. Reading the description of the dishes, you expect something magical. But there was only expectation and reality, which, unfortunately, turned out to be so-so. In honor of her birthday, a dessert was brought to her friend. It was a "Shu" cake. The cream was absolutely tasteless.
It's a long way to the "Shu" cakes from Cookie Rookie.
In any case, thanks to the institution for this experience. We will know that it is better to have dinner in other places.

We decided to go to a place to eat, which pleased my girlfriend at the opening.
When booking, the employee informed that there were no empty tables, but there was a place "on the bench" or at the bar.
It is clear that the counter disappears immediately, but as for the "bench", I clarified, literally: "is it convenient to eat there?"
They answered me: "Yes, of course. No one complained."
Remember this.
Upon arrival, when we announced the booking location, the receptionist looked at us with alarm and said, "I'll show you the place, and you'll decide if we have any more tables available."
Attention everyone, the "bench" is a place next to the bar, with a small coffee table below the level of the knees of those sitting on the "bench".
Question: would it be convenient for you to come to an expensive restaurant and eat "from your knees"?
Question: what prevented us from giving us a normal table when booking, if there was one?
Question: why would you lie on a call?
We would have turned around and left right away, but we wanted to try one of the dishes that we wouldn't try during the day, because according to the founders' idea, only breakfast is served on weekdays until 4 p.m. (which we found out after visiting this place earlier and leaving with nothing), and the main menu is not available (apparently because this place "about bohemia").
In most places, even budget ones, you have a choice, but here you don't get one.
Ok.
When choosing the dishes, we were unpleasantly surprised that almost all vegetarian dishes were missing from the menu. And if I eat fish, then my companion does not.
We asked the waitress to ask the cook if they could cook any of the dishes without meat.
She fell into a stupor and after a minute suggested that we choose a salad, which did not suit us, after which she said that she would "clarify now."
Remember this.
Soon she brought us coffee and tea in a teapot, and she brought an espresso coffee cup to the teapot.
There are some things that don't need to be explained. But I'll try. As clear as possible.
For everyone.
Serving a coffee cup to a teapot is the same as serving a beer mug instead of a shot glass to a bottle of vodka.
Soon, the waitress began to bring the dishes, as if she had completely forgotten about our request and did not return to it further.
To say that you will clarify and then not answer at all is not only not polite, it is outrageous.
And for a restaurant, this is generally unacceptable.
We have been to different restaurants and cafes in Minsk many times (even less expensive ones) and nowhere has such a request raised any questions. They always advised us something or cooked one of the dishes without meat.
This is the norm.
No matter how many times you are wished good evening, but,
if you are lied to when booking,
if they make unforgivable mistakes when serving,
if your request is ignored at all,
such a service cannot even be called satisfactory.
Only for this it is already possible to give this "institution" one star.
And you can take it off for food (it's a pity, you can't do that).
The onion soup was bland and thin, and the toast could break teeth.
Cod with carrot mousse: The fish is tasteless, the carrot mousse is overdone, and the broccoli is simply undercooked.
Sweet potato, the only vegetarian dish on the menu (ironically?), was a pleasant exception.
While we were eating, I heard how at one of the tables a man was unhappy with the dish he had brought, which he informed the waitress, and after the other, a cold dish was brought, which should be warmed up.
I'll summarize it.
The prices here are higher than most restaurants in Minsk, and the portion size is smaller.
The dishes we've tried are mostly not tasty and clearly not worth the money we asked for.
The service, with courtesy shown, is below the baseboard.
Yes, and poor ventilation.
The interior, by the way, is completely tasteless and gaudy, but it will do for Instagram photos.
What do we have?
The discrepancy between the real level of this place and the claims of the owners.
Bad food.
Disgusting service.
If you want to feel like a "freelance artist", hungry, without money and in a bad mood, then you are here.
I am writing this review primarily for those who want to come here, and not for the owner to tell me that he will fix the situation.
Nothing will save this "establishment".
