I take off 1 star for carrying ordered dishes and cocktails for a very long time. The atmosphere is pleasant, delicious hookahs. Another small minus is that the bartender did not please with a cocktail 2 times (I wanted something with sourness, and 2 times they brought sickly sweet)

I highly recommend it. We ordered pumpkin soup today (October 7, at about 13:10). He smelled of a very strange chemical smell, which my colleague and I felt like a sharp mixture of burning plastic, the smell of a very old man and a man's sweat. They turned to the waiter without a badge, he also found the smell strange and could not understand and describe it. The cook said that everything was fine and it was yesterday's fresh soup. The receptionist said that the soup was difficult to prepare and was being made in the evening, and convinced that it was the smell of grilled fish. That she constantly eats it herself and is happy, and accused me of not being able to distinguish between the smell of fish and pumpkin. As a result, the administrator rudely communicated, refused to remove the dish from the bill "because then all visitors will do so" and did not help in solving the problem. I won't come back.

Poisoned by their hookah! I was sick and vomited after it!. Yesterday we arrived on 06/12/2022. The hookah man advised the tastes, brought a hookah and tea, I can't pull the first pull, I understand that something is wrong already. The hookah man shook something in the bowl, it began to stretch easier, but still does not stretch, it cuts in the chest from him. The hookah man said everything would be fine in 15 minutes. In short, they turned gray for 30 minutes and couldn't smoke a hookah. The hookah man came up, I told him that we couldn't smoke, he shook it in the bowl again, stretched it out, he speaks normally. We did a couple of pulls and everything became the same. In general, for another 30 minutes we suffered with this ring, we feel together with my wife that it makes us feel bad, it starts to make us feel sick. We decided to pay off and leave. We stopped at the store, took mineral water and went home. At home, I immediately went to the bathroom, washed up and threw up (vomited). Then my wife went to the bathroom and the same thing (threw up)..... I've been smoking hookahs for 10 years. And this is the first hookah from which I literally threw up. From my own experience, I know that this can happen if hookahs are not cleaned properly, as I understand it, hookahs in this institution have not been cleaned for years... Avoid this place, they will poison you!

We went to this place for the first time, and apparently, for the last time.
I was immediately alerted when the girl began to ask from the entrance, 'when do you want to eat? How long will you be sitting?' I understand that there are a lot of people and it may be necessary to know if there is a reservation and if not, we need to calculate whether we will be in time before the arrival of the next guests who made it. However, it might have been a little more ethical to ask.
The bagels that we waited for an hour (without exaggeration) were brought from (!!!) a nearby establishment. Interesting cooperation.
The classic whiskey sour was asked to be redone, the second time the cocktail was even worse than the first. It smelled strongly of alcohol, It was impossible to drink. They didn't even touch it.
At the same time, in addition to verbal apologies, no sensible explanation of the situation or discounts, as is usually done in normal establishments, was received.
Only the hookah master was pleased. George is a professional in his field.
