Very nice and cool place to relax

Unfortunately, the hotel left contradictory impressions. We booked a suite for two, which turned out to be spacious and bright, but despite the presence of five windows, the room as a whole was not thought out to the end. I'll start with the cons:
1. Cleaning: There was never any cleaning during the 5 days of stay. Towels and toiletries have not been replaced, even toilet paper is out. Very strange for a hotel.
2. Towels and toiletries: In the bathroom there was only one towel for the face, two narrow ones for the head, two toothbrushes, one soap, shower gel, two shampoos, one towel for the feet. Why is there no body towel? The robe is one for two. For us, as guests, it became a big inconvenience.
3. Bathroom: The toilet was positioned in such a way that it was extremely uncomfortable for people over 180 cm tall to sit, as their feet rested against the wall. Why it was impossible to turn the toilet towards the shower remains a mystery. The mixer is just flowing
4. Furniture: There were only two hangers in the closet. This is very small for a room, although the space for hangers made it possible to add at least a couple more pieces. Also, there was only one bedside table for two in the bedroom, although there was a second one in the room. The pillows on the bed are only rectangular, without small square ones, which is also not very convenient.
5. Interior refreshment: The condition of the furniture left much to be desired — the sofa was broken, and the walls needed painting.
6. Hair dryer: The hair dryer in the room was inoperable — more decorative than functional. Fortunately, I brought my own.
Of the advantages, it is worth noting only that the hotel is located in close proximity to the ski resort, so we did not spend much time in the room. In general, if the hotel had tidied up the room, added a little convenience and attention to detail, it could have been a great place to relax.

If your goal is not to spend a lot of money, then this is your choice. All the disadvantages that certainly exist are covered by the good people that we met here. I couldn't pay with my card upon check-in. The currency was exchanged. They recalculated the exchange rate and gave the change. No problem. Thank you so much.
