It was my first time in Egypt and in particular in Sharm El Sheikh, but thanks to the Monte Carlo hotel, the trip left a very favorable impression. Excellent location, polite but not intrusive staff. The territory is well-equipped, there is a lot of greenery. The room is clean, cleaned every day. There were seven days, a varied menu every evening. Lots of delicious fish and meat, sea bass, beef, grilled lamb, seafood including crabs, shrimps. There were two themed restaurants to choose from. We chose Lebanese and Chinese, we liked both very much. Well, the most important thing is the sea, it is excellent. The hotel has two pontoons of its own, but there is also a small beach for those who like to splash near the shore. The reef, the fish are all as expected and even better. I swam with a mask for three hours a day and didn't get bored. In short, I liked everything, I have a desire to come back again. Yes, we were in early October. We had a great time in early September. The temperature is about 36-38 ° C. The hotel staff is very friendly, almost everyone speaks Russian and English quite well. They try to help and sort out any issue right away.
I took a ticket through the ANEX tour on-klyuziv. The food is peculiar, but you can choose something for yourself. If the breakfasts are monotonous and unpretentious, then a very wide range of various dishes is offered for lunch and dinner. There are tandoori, barbecues, five restaurants that can be accessed by free appointment the day before at the reception.
The sea deserves special attention. There is no beach as such. Therefore, it will not work to lie on the beautiful sand on the shore. For that, there is a pier with an entrance to the sea, where rescuers look after swimmers and rent masks, saved.vests and flippers. Along the shore stretches a picturesque colony of corals (almost the entire coast), which amazes with a variety of underwater inhabitants.
During this time, I saw two types of stingrays right off the coast, and a one-and-a-half-meter moray eel, and tiger lionfish, as well as dozens of various tropical coral fish, just right along the shore with a mask and snorkel!!! The water is surprisingly clear, so there is great visibility under the water.
There are a lot of pools with different depths on the territory of the hotel.
