It's amazing that at least someone survived decommunization. The monument is beautiful, the place is iconic, the history... The condition is terrible, in paint from vandals, complements the emotional picture of the neglect of the main boulevard of Ukraine. Dust, dirt, unkempt trees and a crooked sidewalk.
