Clean, well-groomed territory, but for some reason the houses themselves, the halls are not cleaned. The apartment has poor sound insulation, everything is audible. There is a public transport stop nearby. On Saturdays, there is a large grocery market (like a farmer's market) nearby, near the mosque. The prices there are certainly nicer than store prices.
