1. The staff does not know that it is possible to recharge the phone in the 5th hall. To the question "Can I get some extra money on the phone?" The answer was no. Although there is a phone charger in every place in this hall.
2. Advertising. They show films that don't exist anywhere else in the Republic of Belarus. Another frequent display is an advertisement for an enteronym

It's comfortable to sit (but the sofas have already been sitting a little, to be honest). There are ottomans for visitors of such sofas (someone uses them as a table, someone to put their feet on them). I think the second option is not very popular with those who are sitting in front of you, but who paid for what, as they say. I gave 1 star because I was SO cold after going to the 5th VIP lounge on the upper sofas!!!!!There is an air conditioner on top of the sofa, which blows on you all the time watching the movie, unfortunately the movie lasted about 3 hours. She asked the waiters to tell her that it was very cold, but alas, they didn't turn it off. As a result, I Got Sick)))))))

I just want to go back there and come back. I am very glad that Mooon is in our city. That's where I go now. And I got my girlfriend hooked))). For those who write about the price: we all understand that everyone has a different income level, but from the bottom of my heart I assure you that it's worth it. I don't think you'll regret visiting this place. The price is fully consistent with the quality. The halls are clean, cozy, and spacious. The seats are VERY soft, you can drown in them. The staff here are the most friendly, polite and sincere.

In the vip and resto halls, you can order hot food and you get high part of the session from the smell of food in the cinema coming from neighboring places. All the seats are in crumbs, the staff does not clean the seats after the sessions. There is no wardrobe. In general, it will do for watching a movie, but not "wow".
