The hostel is top. I took a private room. The location is cool, the staff is super. There is a kitchen, a balcony. Clear. The rooms are stylized, there is a common place to sit.

We stayed in a room for 3 people — we liked everything very much. Nice hostel, clean, cozy, in the city center. The staff is polite. I don't even have anything to complain about, I recommend it 👍🏼

There is no customer orientation and there will not be I booked a room for my mom and cat, who needed to rest before the upcoming trip. In the comments, she indicated that the mother is with the cat and that the check-in will be early, as well as the check-out. The hostel confirmed the reservation and they were satisfied with early check-in at 6-7 in the morning, in fact, it turned out on the spot that according to the rules the room would be vacated only at 13.00 and before that time the employees kindly offered mom and kitty to sit in the lobby until 13.00 after a six-hour drive. As a result, after my mother's indignation, they offered a more expensive room, they say, there is no other one, will you take it? The employees did not care at all about their own mistake, no one apologized and the provided number was calculated at its full cost, no compensation at least in the cost difference followed. They accused my mother of not reading the rules and, in general, she was completely to blame. It turns out that this whole friendly story is fake and empty, there is nothing behind it. No actions confirm this. Keep in mind that if the hostel is in front of you, then the employees will not worry about it. You will be shielded guilty of all sins, humanity towards you will be 0, no one will figure it out and apologize. Everyone absolutely does not care. Let's see if the hostel will publish this review on the booking (I'm writing this on 09/11/2022, I'll add a review later if they publish it and don't subtract it). P.S.: the review was published, although it pleases About the number. In places, the walls are scuffed where the drawing is. The bathroom floor is very cold. The bed is comfortable, the bed is clean, the location is relatively convenient. In general, the advantages end there.
