I previously contacted the manager to repair the starter and generator. I specified the time of the work performed, as I needed an mpshina. I was told that around 3-4 o'clock, it suited me. I drove it. An electrician came out to check the battery voltage. And then it started. I almost broke the plastic that covers the battery. He just stood there and pulled with his eyes bulging. I made a remark about what he was going to break, I got an answer for a hundred, I'm not breaking a hundred. I'm still waiting. As a result, I had to meet and help him myself. I immediately thought about how he would remove and repair it. Goosebumps ran down my skin. As a result, I checked and confirmed that there is no charging. Well, come and take it away (I drove it at 11:30). I stand in a misunderstanding. I ask why. To which I will receive an answer, and suddenly there will be no spare parts. What are you guys talking about? You can buy spare parts at ksk for a mobile phone)). In short, they cheated and didn't blink an eye. And the manager says he didn't tell me about 3-4 hours. In general, draw your own conclusions.

A chip in the glass was repaired. After a couple of hours, the polymer in the crack turned dark, apparently not all the air was expelled, and after a couple of weeks it just started to climb out at the edges.

We did body repair and painting of the car in this service. The quality of the work is terrible. In the garage with a spray can, it would be better. In general, specks of dust are visible on the varnish, they did not get into the color at all, they stained whole sections of the body with putty. The repair of the arch was done in general terribly, they just cleaned the rust from the larger one and put putty on it. And the worst thing is, 4 months after the repair, the paint on the roof, trunk, and doors cracked. And in some places it just fell off in pieces, along with the putty. During the repair, we agreed for a period of 4 weeks, and we did it in 2 months.

We are dissatisfied with the painting services and anti-corrosion treatment of the body, namely: after painting, the moldings are not assembled in high quality, the fasteners are broken, the door sill is broken. They promised to fix it and did not call. Very sorry.
