A large selection of goods is an undoubted plus, but it's a pity for the animals that are kept there in tiny cages:(
I didn't even want to buy anyone, so as not to sponsor their breeding.
I went to find out about the incandescent lamp in the aquarium. I had a box in my hand. Which contained my turtle. I found out what I needed and the seller found out what the lamp was for. She asked, "do you have a turtle in your box?"
To which I replied, "Yes, there is a turtle in the box" They ran over me and talked in such a tone as if I were the seller's girlfriend. They say who transports turtles like that, what kind of owner am I, and in a similar spirit. I explained to the saleswoman that the turtle was wrapped up and there was hot water in a bottle. To which the answer was "it's winter, what hot water."Where the hot water really comes from. There is no desire to return there. I left the store and checked it out on purpose. And the water was not cold. What's what. The seller is not a veterinarian. It is written on any website that this is how you need to transport turtles, creating a "battery" of water and a bottle for them. Or hot water bottles. And I consulted with the veterinarian, to whom I took the turtle with me, so she was with me. The seller's tactlessness is at the highest level
A bad place. Prices are prices, but the conditions in which animals (even fish) are kept are just a nightmare. I have never seen worse conditions in Grodno. We were there a couple of times, the rats that were not sold are already being given away for free, it is dark, the smell of mustiness, there is very little space, rusty cages stand on the floor, on top of each other, animals climb into them on the walls and on top of each other from lack of space. The owner should either think about improving living conditions, or transfer the store to someone more organized
