1) The other reviews state that the place is very clean. It is not that clean. It is okay, acceptable. In the morning, the showers smell before you turn water in. Hair on the floor. The pool has some trash inside, the mattresses on the chairs are a bit dirty. Nobody cleaned them before the new day. You would not like to put your towel on such a chair. I chose the cleanest, but did not want to lay down. Just went to swim. I saw people asking to clean or exchange the mattresses. Some trash is underneath and around. Of course, all those things are left by clients. We pay to come to a clean place at least in the morning. They actually start cleaning when clients arrive and not before.
2) I saw the lifeguards playing games diving and swimming with clients in the pool and pretending they had to catch some key (which they threw into the pool by themselves) when I told one that he was going to hit a man behind him by his "lifeguarding actions" So no rules and no work responsibility for the staff.
3) I had to cancel my order of fresh juice when I saw how it was prepared: carrots - not peeled, not washed (pre-washed as in the store) with partial greens on, handed by one guy at the bar to another without any sign of hygiene (no gloves, no washing hands before doing the tasks), - were put directly into the juicer. So after seeing this, I would recommend purchasing only packed food/ drinks. Seasonal workers do not care.
4) Reception collects raspiska that you have been introduced to the Rules. They told us that the phone number is optional, so we have been omitting this section so far. It was our fourth visit. However, the cashier refused to take the payment. After a few minutes of wasteful conversation, I put my number, but the cashier threw this paper into my face. We asked for a manager. He told us that the request for the phone and her behavior were incorrect. He offered to enter but we did not want to and left. We are not ready for a "prison camp" experience any more.

The sea is quite clean, but for some reason the number of people exceeds the number of sun beds. There were a lot of people, and it was on a weekday. There is no shadow at all over the pools. By 2 p.m., our children had already started to burn, even though we kept smearing them with protection. As a result, we put on a white shirt for one girl, which was brought especially for such occasions. First, the rescuer made a remark to the children, not to the adults, after which the rescuer invited the manager. When the manager came over, she also took 2 big guys with her. Who did they bring so much power to?! For 2 moms and their 8-year-old girls?! To be clear, we don't drink alcohol.
No customer orientation! They forced us to take off the child's shirt, otherwise they told us to leave the territory!!!
I'll say this about food: the price and quality do not match.

The place to stay is great. There is no fuss and everything is calm. The feeling that you are in a hotel. There are no slides, but this does not affect the atmosphere of rest at all. There are Jacuzzi areas, 2 pools of different depths and a children's pool with a slide and fountains. Children's animators are working. The price for admission, food and drinks is high, but it is justified due to the excellent recreation and the internal atmosphere compared to other water parks in the city. There is a sauna complex, but it was not possible to visit, because it was very hot and we enjoyed the temperature of the pool. The pool temperature is very comfortable. I liked everything. The pools are clean, the warmest water in the square pool. The changing room has everything you need, and even a hair dryer. You can't take food with you. We arrived on August 25 with our family (3 adults, 2 children) at 5 p.m.

We wanted to order coffee at the bar, which is in the water, the bartender made a remark with a grin and said that there were only alcoholic beverages here, although the menu was American 😂
We went to a corner cafe to look for coffee, the water is very cold, we are frozen… The staff at this cafe is very pleasant, they know how to communicate with customers. We ordered more drinks and food. Everything was very tasty.
We leave at 5:30-6:00.
Conclusion: is it worth coming here? Perhaps if they teach employees how to communicate correctly, make the water warmer, and the prices are tariff-based, in all other places the client has a choice of how much to pay him by the hour or all day.

An ordinary outdoor pool, water without heating, with insects, pools all for children, lots of slides, paths, there is a play area on land with animators.
Towels can only be rented, you can't take food with you (I thought because of hygiene, but no, there are a lot of fast food restaurants with an inflated price tag on the territory). You can't have your own water either.

There is a fairly large Jacuzzi pool, two swimming pools and a children's paddling pool with slides. There is some kind of animation with children on land under a canopy in the shade.
There are two adult slides, only one works.
You can stay on sun beds (without additional payment), or on sofas and gazebos (this is already with an additional fee).
The food here is just super, the restaurant menu is very diverse, the food is delicious.
Minuses:
1. For some reason, the children's pool is cold.. despite the fact that the large pools are very warm.
2. Well, the prices, both for the visit itself and for food, are quite high.
3. If you order food directly to your sun beds, and do not go to a restaurant for a table, then be sure to check the receipts - we faced the fact that the waiters were confused, dishes ordered by people on neighboring sun beds were punched in our receipt and at the exit the administrator and the waiter tried to convince me that I should pay for it. In the end, everything was decided, of course, but time was wasted, and it's all unpleasant.

The biggest plus is the cleanliness.
It is forbidden to enter the water park with your own food (only if you are not diabetic ) , there is a restaurant , a fast food area , an aquabar and a panoramic area on the territory .
The food is delicious , the drinks are delicious .
The staff is friendly , vigilant rescuers , not particularly efficient waiters , perhaps just a shortage of staff .
Convenient , spacious Parking .
Undoubtedly , we will go there again and more than once .

Very clean, a very interesting children's area for children! In general, everything is convenient starting from the entrance, the changing rooms are excellent, the showers and toilets are clean and comfortable. You can rent towels, which is convenient if you forgot. The cuisine in the establishment is varied and delicious, and children have something to feed and adults will find something delicious for themselves. The staff are great, they try to make you feel comfortable without getting up from the sunbed. Overall, the atmosphere is modern, as if you are at sea in Turkey. Music is a separate topic, you can immediately feel the hand of the master 😉 sometimes, of course, there were a lot of people, but this is understandable in such a heat😂 We were satisfied with this wonderful place and wish it prosperity, I hope that next time we will definitely come to the Sea again 😉

A good water park!
Of the advantages:
1. The contingent of people is normal - without Indians, since the price is quite expensive.
There are a lot of foreigners.
2. The food inside is basically delicious.
3 . City center, good location, not along the road.
4. A lot of sun beds, sofas and umbrellas, there is enough space for everyone, even during rush hour.
5 . Good children's slides.
6. Good music and equipment.
7. At the entrance, you can buy everything you want from slippers to creams, if you forgot something.
Of The Cons:
1. Bags are dropped 2 times for food that cannot be carried, even cookies and fruits for children.
2. Security, only one name, two squishy ones. When we were there, two men with their families passed by and simply refused to show their bags . Moreover, the bags were large and sporty. They just sent guards with three letters and they grabbed and let them through. Somehow it became a shame that the grandmother and grandson pulled cookies and apples out of the bag, but here the men raised their voices a little and the guards blinked. Or maybe they had knives or other weapons in their bags. In short, minus the security, zero. They can only cope with students and grandmothers!
3. Food and drink are quite expensive. It seems that the price is normal, but when a portion is brought, you understand that it is three times less than usual. You order nuggets for 40,000, and there are two small pieces to eat 3-4 servings.
4. Despite the fact that the place can be said to have only been built, there are already many places where everything is broken off and broken. There are many places where there are no tiles. Especially in the children's pool.
5. Jacuzzi. I don't know who designed this Jacuzzi for them, but the water pressure should be much higher. They usually do it in pools in such a way that you can massage your back and neck, but here the pressure is simply dressed in the coccyx or lower. It sucks completely.
6. Slides for adults just suck. In such a place, you could have come up with a much better idea. Of the 2, only 1 usually works, even when there are a lot of people. And there is no way to ride a lap, for example, I have moles on my back and I can't do without it. In Turkey, for example, the same slides, even in a simple place, can be rolled on cylinders.
7. On the territory of the water park, it would be possible to stretch nets from the sun, on hot days everything is hot there, even in the shade everything just burns. It seems like such a place is cool, expensive and rich, but somehow everything is not thought out for convenience and comfort.
8. Games for children from young counselors and presenters about nothing. Children are not interested in the word at all.
So in general, the place is not bad, but could have done much better. Obviously, the water park was not created by very pros. Local spill in my opinion.
