An empty restaurant in the evening is an indicator that there is a big problem with the restaurant. You order grilled sea bass, they bring supposedly wild more expensive sea bass (although no one asked for it), they don't warn you what it is and what the weight of the fish will be, they add items to the bill that are not on the menu, while visitors still have to pay for cooking fish (that is, I can order fish without cooking?!), as if the cook doesn't get paid! 1 kg of fish in an institution of this level cannot cost 65,000! Guys, short-term earnings can cost you your reputation.
