The territory here is average in size, there is a beach (although it is with a bunch of small stones on the shore, which makes it inconvenient to walk on the water near the shore and the land itself near the water), it was this year at the end of July, the pool is average in size, there is an area for children combined with an adult pool, the truth is the pool has a lot of peeling paint on the bottom, the smell of chlorine is not strong. The rooms themselves have a bedroom and a bathroom, in more expensive rooms there is a hall, I lived in a standard one, there is a double bed, a refrigerator with two bottles of water, a table near the bed and a table near the exit door of the room, also all shower appliances, it is worth noting that not all rooms, but the air conditioner may work poorly, which is why it may not be very comfortable to live on a hot day. In the restaurant, in my opinion, the food is of average quality, although the prices are very high, for example, Beef Stroganoff with rice will come out at 8700tg, this is still without 10% for service, or 20% per room), I will fix the photo menu to the reviews.

The kitchen has become simply disgusting, the pool at the bottom is peeling, there is no hot water in the rooms. And this is only superficial, if you paint everything, it will be just terrible. It's a pity the base, when we went every weekend with friends and families, after an extreme visit, there was no desire to ever go there at all. If the owner of the base thinks about changing staff, then the situation may change. Now the kitchen is 3/10, rooms are 5/10, the pool is 3/10, the territory is 8/10, the cleanliness of the base is 8/10, the cleanliness of the windows and the upper part of the territory is 1/10.

Positive:
Pleasant, cozy rooms. Beautiful view from the balconies, almost no mosquitoes.
Cons (unfortunately):
The music is too loud, repairs on the beach, the sand is almost washed away by a lot of sharp stones, the contingent of guests are people who spit at their feet and throw cigarettes.

A great compact place. There is a playground, both in the building and on the street. The territory is beautiful and well maintained, there were no mosquitoes during the day (there were even mosquitoes in another place during the day), the service is excellent. The rooms are luxurious. They cook tolerably well)) Of the cons: I did not have enough lighting in the room (I am the one with twilight vision), the water in the pool is very cold, food prices are greatly exceeded, lemonade tastes like "jupi" diluted costs 1,500 cups at the time of the review. Well, guys, then you need to make it tasty at least. The coffee was also very disappointing, it was urine. The coffee machine was broken, instant was terrible, of course they replaced it with a tolerable one. There is not enough space for so many rooms. Both in the pool and on the beach. Overall, a very good recreation area!

The rooms are clean and cozy, but the audibility of the truth with the next room suffered. The pool is lovely, the waiters serve throughout.
The food is generally good, but I wouldn't expect something wow. There was a banana on the reservoir itself on Saturday, something like a water moped. The foam party was not impressed, but it will work on the whole.
According to Vibe, it resembles Turkey as much as possible, only with normal food and the absence of All Inclusive.
Prices are above average, but this aspect was not a priority for us. We are for quality.

After staying at this hotel, the family were satisfied with everything! We went to explore there for a few days, so that if you like it, then you can go there for a couple of weeks. In general, our suite was in a good building, the furniture in the common area too. Minus the rooms: the walls and doors are cardboard. The false floor rumbles when someone passes near the room. The pool is normal, although the water has not warmed up enough yet. The kitchen is just a huge minus. They really need to work on the kitchen. It is extremely not tasty! This is if you choose your words very carefully. Well, the prices there are high, it's okay, it's NOT TASTY, it's a serious problem. Unfortunately, the decision based on the results of the trip is unambiguous - to look for something else.

Wi-Fi does not work many times a day, the food quality is not very good, breakfast time is up to 10, but at 09:40 it was reported to wait for an omelette and bread toast for 30 minutes, and the milk porridge ran out before closing, coffee is not cooked in the car for breakfast whereas when buying it it is available, not there are so many food options, the quality of the beer is not acceptable. The only thing is the friendly receptionist. With such a price per room, you will never choose such a property.

The rooms are excellent, the pool does not smell of chlorine, the service is excellent, especially at the entrance, the food is only breakfast and you absolutely cannot take your own food, the local restaurant is extremely expensive pizza 5,000 Margaritas, everything is clean and the lawn and paths are taken care of. We came here 2 times in 2021.
It seemed good, one of the best recreation areas on Kapchagai. However, it is noisy and the "beach" is not very small and rocky.
We arrived today, June 11, 2022.
It was really quite noisy. Music is playing on the beach under your ear, and music from the cafe is clearly audible separately. There is a party in the cafe, you go inside and you go deaf.
The "beach" is small enough, but more than half is occupied by jet skis.
But the coolest moment came when in broad daylight on the beach (!!!) a cruiser with a trailer arrived and brought a private one (!!!) jet ski. I mean, you do, right? Here you are walking with your feet in the sand. You go into the water. Here, a car is driving along it, 2 meters away, drives into the water and unloads personal property, having agreed with the administration. Probably convenient. But disrespectful to other customers.
Resume. You need to understand what you want. If you get drunk and hang out by the pool with loud music, you are here, you will be satisfied. However, it is unclear why to go to Kapchagai for this. If you relax and swim on the beach, you need to look for another place. However, I don't know which one yet. But we won't come here anymore.

Beautiful territory, not a very large swimming pool, it's hard to find a free sunbed on weekends.
The food in the cafe is delicious, I really liked it, not cheap, but quite affordable. But the atmosphere is uncomfortable, the chairs and tables are all dirty, covered with cobwebs.
The recreation center is absolutely not designed for guests with strollers. There are a lot of steps everywhere, I had to constantly pull a stroller with a sleeping child - it was inconvenient.
Check-in at 15:00, check-out at 11:00!!! And they couldn't even check us in at 15:00, the room just wasn't ready. We rented a triple room for 79,000 per day - the room is very dirty! This is unacceptable! Burnt floor! The extra bed for the child turned out to be broken, it was impossible to sleep, we had to solve this issue, change it at night. And this is for $200 per day) Unfortunately, the price does not correspond to the quality at all. I won't come back anymore, for that kind of money there are much more decent recreation areas.

This place is not up to its price level. Although we tried, it's obvious. It is clear that the season is short and it is necessary to work out. In places, ridiculous luxury, the beach is the worst side of the location. The bottom could be made cleaner. Jet skis are driven right where children swim. Breakfast for 3 out of 5. The bed was only nice and big and clean. The toilet is strange, the switch is at knee level.. little things that cause a condescending smile when there is something to compare.

I want to share my impressions of a family vacation on Morelux. It was a great time with the kids. The food is delicious, the staff is polite and attentive. The pool is clean, as is the territory, which is very well monitored. Sandy beach and scooters. I advise all city residents to go to MoreLux.

The territory is dirty, the water is muddy, the hookah has sunk into oblivion 40 minutes after the order, there is a lot of water equipment on site, the entrance to the "sea" is not clean, dirty bedding on the sun beds. In general, that the public beach is free, that this institution is not distinguished by a special difference. Only the waiter is a funky chubby Korean, super polite and fast.
