The furniture is a little dirty, but it just doesn't rub off - we checked. 3. The sea is very beautiful! In general, we were going for him. 2 approaches - sandy and with reefs and corals. There are fish, everyone swims with masks.
4. It is difficult to occupy the sun beds - they were lying on the sand. But we took an air mattress with us, so everything is ok)
5. The wine is very sour - an ordinary table wine, I tried it once, switched to beer and soft drinks. Soda is slightly diluted with water. The coffee is strong and good, but in coffee machines, not at the distribution. I haven't tried cocktails. They say it seems to be fine. With regard to food: every day there is a variety, but something repeats itself, but I liked that there is "clean" food without any spices and sauces. You can make a light dinner, at least. Very tasty fish in batter! Noted!

The beach is divided by a pier, the entrance is almost all sandy, who with children is a huge plus. The staff is suitable for every taste and language, they will definitely understand you. The rooms are cleaned, as they bring 0.5 liters of water every day. Of the disadvantages, there is no shopping street near the hotel, you have to walk 10 minutes to the mosque, there is a supermarket in the Marina port and shopping malls with restaurants for every taste or in the other direction to neighboring hotels.

Then they took me and the children to a room that was killed in trash, where there were no towels, the toilet was broken, the balcony door did not close, the air conditioner did not work, a semi-abandoned place. It's 2 a.m., I thought figs with him, we'll figure it out in the morning and fell asleep with the children. There is a knock on the door, 3 a.m., a representative of the reception, a porter on the threshold. They say get ready, we'll give you a new number. Yes, but could I have given a normal one right away? I was lucky, I didn't pay extra for the room. Others paid extra either $20 or $10 per day on a one-time basis. The cleaners catch you at the room and beg for tips. The bartenders pretend not to hear. They also abruptly run out of beer and the point is covered. I will separately note the unsanitary conditions. They allegedly said "they will bring it in in a couple of minutes," an hour passed - there was no bed, but new flaws were discovered (a lot of dust (although when asked why we were not checked in for a long time, they said that the room was being cleaned...), a non-flushing toilet, a broken closet) and this is a 4-star hotel?..

Our friends paid an extra $35 and they were overpowered in a newer room with a view not on the wall, so if it's better, pay extra right away and you will live in better conditions. We went to the reception with our problems, they told us that everything would be fixed. But it was fixed only when we applied three times and together with the travel company. The phone was still not working. Well, you can't remove the putty anywhere.
The food at the hotel is delicious. And it's varied, I really liked the fish, there is seafood and meat. There aren't a lot of fruits, but I think it's related to the season. The juices in the hotel are diluted yuppie, it is impossible to drink. We bought them in boxes to have something to drink. Or they ordered freshly squeezed for 2-3 dollars, and even they are sometimes diluted with water.
The territory is beautiful. But the pools are not heated and no one swims in them, as the water is icy. We took a chance, and we're still sick. The slides are cool, but you go down twice, then you get sick.
Entertainment program every evening. But if you need parties and discos, this is not the place. To sit and watch the program until 22.00, and then sleep is a sanatorium, but not a 4-star hotel. The staff is pleasant and friendly, but they do something if you ask 25 times.
All the tours we went on from the tour operator, it was a money scam. If you want to buy something, then don't buy on tours. Turn right from the hotel, walk for five minutes, cross the road and buy everything for a dollar.
If you are eating in January, be prepared that it will be cold in the evening and take warm clothes, take them with you on all tours. Even a boat ride. It will be especially cold there.

We rested from 16.08 to 23.08. The rooms were not cleaned as soon as we moved in. After the repair, dust, dirt, everything remained the same. The room was not cleaned at all, fortunately I threw out the garbage at least once and thanks for that.
From the very first day there were problems with the key card, which could not be solved at the reception, I had to approach them 5 times to ask them to do it, as a result, after 3 days of my visits to the reception, they sort of fixed it.
The air conditioner is working very loudly, which drives hot air, I walked, too, for 3 days I tried to fix it and it was possible to at least be in the room.
From the balcony there is a beautiful view of the construction site.
There would be a beautiful large pool if it were monitored and at least cleaned. There was a green coating in it, leaves were floating.
Now let's move on to the kitchen.
There was a poor choice, we ate pasta , rice , cucumbers, tomatoes all the rest. It is impossible to eat meat. All the food has a strange taste. The drinks at the bar are diluted, delicious only if you have time to come in the morning.
It was impossible to lie quietly on the beach or near the pool, they were constantly coming up, they wanted something.
The staff is annoying to the female sex.

You can eat both inside the cafe and on the veranda, outdoors.There is a beach cafe where you can drink coffee from a coffee machine, beer, alcoholic cocktails, freshly squeezed fruit juices, for a fee, only $ 2 per glass. From 11 o'clock you can easily have a snack, right on the beach, in beach suits. If you wish, you can take beer, coffee, tea on the table, under the umbrella. I washed the floors myself, they don't wash them at all. Terrible staff, absolutely everyone is begging for money, arrogant and rude to the point of horror. They asked for billiards - they yelled at us. Alcohol will be poured properly only with an additional tip, the food is tasteless, sometimes stale. At first we saw one potato in foil at lunch, then it was baked, and the next day it was already in the salad. There are not enough sun beds. The only plus is the sea is close, a good approach.
