An inexpensive hotel with everything you need for a budget stay. If you are looking for "closer to the sea" - not exactly what you need, the sea may be a stone's throw away, but it is a rocky cliff. I didn't plan to swim, it's not quite the season, so everything turned out perfectly for me - cafes, shops, places for walking: everything is available. I was also pleased with the service: polite and pleasant staff. I didn't take the breakfasts, I can't speak for them. In general, I recommend it.
The room is very small, the Wi-Fi is poor, the card from the door is often demagnetized and the breakfast is not very tasty. This is where the disadvantages of the hotel end!
Then there are solid advantages: cleanliness, responsiveness of the employee, constantly standing in more boxes with napkins, sweets, cookies... You can make yourself coffee in the car in the kitchen at any time and in any quantity! The beautiful interior of the dining room and hall, the dog Mori as another employee of the hotel - I really liked it all! The hotel is small, located in the Lara district. The beach is far away, but you can look at the sea after two minutes, going beyond the "Mori". The famous Dudensky waterfall (Nizhny Novgorod) is also nearby, within walking distance - as well as shopping centers, shops and cafes!
We were at the hotel on a 9-night tour from Biblio Globus. I really liked it. Cozy, welcoming, just nice, I would say. The discreet staff and guests allow you to really relax, unlike the inclusive ones. I was reading the first volume of "War and Peace", nothing bothered me, I was lying on the couch like at home. The hotel is named after the old dog Maury. She lives there. Free candies and cookies are available all the time. There is a kettle and tea in the room. We had breakfast included in the tour. It is elegantly served, atmospheric. In general, the hotel is delicious, although it is clearly economical. I would say Scandinavian style, with elements of French chic. The main guests are pilots and flight attendants. Quite decent people, not Russians. There is a shuttle service to and from the beach according to the schedule, the beach is paid for the people, free for guests. There is a European mix on the beach, there are many colors adapted in Europe from England, France, Denmark, etc. The downside is that there is a DJ on the beach and he is irrepressible. But, for some, it's probably even a good thing. The hotel provides free towels. On the beach, for a fee, there are various VIP zones and all the amenities for the people in the form of food, alcohol exclusive drinks and all sorts of standard sea amusements such as jet skis and bananas with parachutes. Just pay. In my opinion, the beach is inferior to the hotel. You can't read Tolstoy on the beach. I had to dance to the music so that it wouldn't jam. But now there is something to confess. In general, the hotel is 6 out of 5. Yes, there is also a bike path and a track with a special running surface along the seashore near the hotel, as well as a gym in the next house. And in general, in this area, the variety of cuisine is literally represented at every step. There is also a place with a staircase and a swimming pool from the rocks. That is, in theory, in the morning you can run and swim, after a siesta, go to the DJ's shuttle to the beach. The shuttle is crowded back, either to take seats early, or to use taxis, which are rapaciously waiting for vacationers. Yes, there is a pier with stairs on the beach besides sun loungers, you can dive from it and so on. The entrance to the sea is comfortable, corals are not needed.
I stayed at the hotel from the end of July to the beginning of August 2024.
The staff is English—speaking, very friendly and attentive to the guests. Although the breakfasts are of the same type, they are hearty and delicious.
The rooms are cozy, although not too big. The room has air conditioning and Internet, however, its speed is average, in Russia the Internet is faster. A nice bonus is a refrigerator with a freezer, although they are not the most powerful. If you like iced drinks, I recommend asking them to cool at the reception, where the refrigerators work much better.
Excellent location of the hotel: near the shopping center, where you can exchange currency, including rubles. There is a bus stop, a beach and a picturesque promenade within walking distance. A great place to stay, I recommend it!
I really liked the hotel! For a quiet and leisurely rest. Thanks to the guys Olgun and Ozgyun, who are doing everything to make you feel at home! Breakfasts are not a fountain, but you won't be hungry if you don't have a goal to fill your stomach)))) Leaving the hotel at the bus stop, you can take public transport to different parts of the city. Super hotelier!
The hotel has its advantages and a couple of points.
- excellent staff, speak different languages, try to help
- good location,
- the rooms are small, but generally comfortable
- you can ask for tea/coffee in the room
- there is food delivery directly to the room from a good restaurant (portions are good, delicious)
- transfer to the beach
- breakfast is included, but it is quite meager and monotonous every day
- room cleaning is only on request (according to my concepts, there was not enough cleanliness, but maybe someone will be fine here)
A very cozy, family-run hotel. Not on the beach, but in a nice area of Antalya Lari. We were on a trekking tour, very suitable for such purposes, for one or several nights. Quiet, clean, there are shops, cafes, a walking area nearby. The breakfasts are portioned, but normal. The staff is friendly.
Great city hotel. The staff is very friendly. They know a few words in Russian. Good breakfast. Nearby there is a great fish restaurant and A101 minimarket
A wonderful mini-hotel with a price/quality ratio. Friendly staff, great breakfasts! Small but cozy rooms with everything you need. Within walking distance of any shops, Duden waterfall, restaurants, cafes. They give out free tickets to the beach. There is a taxi button next to the hotel. I recommend this hotel for business trips and meetings.
Great hotel. Cozy, bright and clean. Amazing staff. 5 minutes to the sea , park area . We are glad that we stayed at this hotel. Excellent breakfasts, with pastries and coffee . The room has everything from a hair dryer to a kettle. We will definitely visit you next time💕
Hello) I want to leave a review about this wonderful hotel and its great staff!!
The hotel is new, clean, with comfortable furniture and fresh linen, the room has a safe, kettle, refrigerator, bottled water and hairdryer.
WiFi is fast and free)))
I want to look at and photograph the interior of the hotel, you can immediately see what has been done with the soul.
The administrators are extremely attentive and friendly, it's love at first sight.
If I return to Antalya, then only to this hotel.
Many thanks to the hotel staff for our fabulous stay, you are the best!!!
The staff is very helpful. The convenient location of the hotel. Nearby is the famous Antalya waterfall. But the beach is not very good - there is no nearby accessible beach
The hotel greets us with a magnificent and friendly receptionist, rolling your lip, you go up to your room, which is much less magnificent. It was small and damp, and the view from the window was average. There are not enough hangers and hooks, cleaning before check-in was carried out very mediocre. After pointing out the flaws, they were of course corrected, but the sediment remained, almost the same as it was in the kettle. In general, you can live, it gets used over time, but the first impression is not very good, for a C grade.
Very nice hotel! The rooms are very clean, have everything you need, excellent staff will help you solve any issue.
If I'm still in Antalya only for them.
Foreigners, by the way, also really like it

A nice small hotel is a ten-minute walk from the waterfall and a twenty-minute drive from the airport. Small rooms are a bit cramped, of course, but it's fine for a couple of nights. There is no buffet, but the breakfast is very good. The only thing is that the beach is far away.
I would say the hotel is urban, small and very old and dirty rooms, I only had breakfast, also poor, I could not find the beach, at least within walking distance
Nice hotel with small rooms. We liked it, everything is super clean, cozy, stylish room. The reception helped with ordering dinner, and the kind woman filled our thermos with water in the morning and gave us homemade cookies for the road!
Rooms for midgets. The beds too . In the morning, at 5 o'clock, you will be woken up by the barking of a dog who is there for permanent residence. Breakfast is something, or rather there is nothing to eat, even for a girl. The staff is friendly.

I got an old room with huge cracks on the walls in the bathroom, dirty floor and dirty shower room. The room is dusty and there is sand on the floor.
Breakfasts are meager and monotonous, mostly only vegetables, cheese, 1 egg. The coffee is terrible.
"+" The staff is friendly.
I can't recommend it.
This is the best budget hotel in Antalya, everything is new, clean, very nice staff. Thank you, the rest was great. By the way, the location is close to the sea and to the center of Terra city 15 minutes on foot.

Cozy, but tiny rooms, sometimes it's warmer outside than on the 3rd floor...
