Good day to all! I'll tell you how you can instantly lose a reputation that has been acquired over the years! Our organization has been cooperating with the Morozoff company for 5 years, if not more. Personally, I've been ordering children's Christmas gifts from them for 3 years. This year, on the eve of the coming 2025, despite numerous calls from other companies that promised numerous discounts, bonuses and other benefits, I also decided to order gifts from a company that had been tested for years, which had fulfilled all its obligations until this year: beautiful, high-quality, inexpensive gifts, delivery on time. It is precisely because of the delivery time, please note, that a new contract has been concluded. The delivery was supposed to take place before December 12, 2024. The payment for the gifts was also completed on time: until November 29. However, no one delivered the gifts until December 12th. I forgot to tell you that we are from Gomel. When calling the manager, it was determined that the gifts would be delivered by the "end of the week", then by the "end of next week". It became alarming... Then it was promised that the gifts would be delivered exactly before December 24, allegedly the company had problems with logistics, and the way to Gomel was not close. The gifts were not delivered... After the Catholic Christmas, on December 26, I'm all on edge, I'm contacting the manager. The girl manager says that the car may go, but it may not go, there are some problems with sweets... Panic begins. I'm asking if it's possible to come to Minsk and pick up the order myself. You can also arrive with an order, if you haven't formed it yet, then it will be formed while we are on our way... I'm starting to ask the leaders of my organization to give me a car to pick up gifts, and it's already 11 o'clock, where should I go? We decided to leave on Friday, in parallel with the resolution of work issues in Minsk. As a result, after resolving all the issues, we arrived at a warehouse in the Minsk district in a passenger car, loaded the boxes with gifts under the roof and drove home. We were in Gomel by 20:00. But the car didn't bring any gifts to Gomel that day. We unloaded our gifts and several were given to the guys who helped with the unloading! There are 2 working days left until the New Year, during which it is supposed to give people these very gifts. I haven't had time to look at the composition of the gifts yet, but I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't match the original one.
As a result: frayed nerves, unnecessary actions, loss of Morozoff's reputation!!!😔😔😔
Most likely, I won't take any chances next year and will order gifts from our Gomel Spartak factory!!!

We ordered gifts for the Company, and it was a real disappointment! Firstly, the delivery was delayed for a whole week, and we did not receive any notifications about the order status. When the gifts finally arrived, we were shocked — the gifts turned out to be completely different from what we ordered! The gifts were not completed on request.
It seems that their employees simply ignore the customers.
If you are looking for high-quality gifts and reliable service, it is better to contact another company. We definitely won't be ordering here anymore!
We ordered gifts from this company for the end of December 2024. We paid in advance for half a year and waited for them on time, but....they were not brought in at the time, the boorish employee Anastasia shouted into the phone and talked aggressively, then they stopped answering and picking up the phone altogether. The sweets were delivered at the wrong time, and as it turned out, not all the gifts were delivered either. After checking the composition of the gifts themselves, we saw that 40% of the candies did not match the pre-agreed ones and simply put cheaper ones.
They promised to deliver one gift within a week, but they never delivered it and left one child without a gift.
Terrible organization, I will never order candy there again!!!
I highly recommend not cooperating with this company. They violated all possible delivery dates by providing gifts with a huge delay. The candies in the gifts did not correspond at all to what was agreed in the order, and the promised additional gift was missing in the attachment.
After the delivery, it turned out to be impossible to get a response from the managers – they stopped contacting us. It seems that this is their standard operating scheme. We are extremely disappointed with the cooperation and strongly advise against contacting this company.
I highly do not recommend this company for cooperation. We missed all deadlines, it's been a week since the gifts were supposed to be delivered, and for a week now they've been constantly feeding us breakfast, promising to deliver tomorrow. The managers don't know anything, neither at what stage of the order, nor how to solve the problem. Just a terrible attitude towards customers.
Gifts are another disappointment. The candy attachment does not match the ones stated on the website at ALL. The cheapest candies from the TRAFFIC LIGHT store. The delivery was delayed!!! I had to go pick it up myself. There WAS NO declared gift attachment. DO NOT CONTACT this company!!!!!
Good afternoon! We ordered gifts for the organization and they are still missing! The delivery dates in the contract are from 09.12 to 20.12. No one can really answer when the delivery will be! They work terribly! and judging by the reviews, nothing has changed over the years.
It's great that we managed to bring everything before the New Year, otherwise we were very worried, the workload before the holidays is still high. But everything worked out well, and the gifts are cool.
There are no advantages from cooperation with this company at all. We got a lot of orders, but we didn't think about the delivery time and logistics. All possible deadlines were disrupted. They talk brazenly and give me breakfast.
On 06.12.2023, we contacted this organization to purchase New Year's gifts. The payment was made on the same day. In the contract, the delivery dates were specified on December 14-22. The matinee for the children of the employees was scheduled for 12/25/2023.
21-22.12 manager Samuel stopped responding to messages and phone calls. On 22.12 I contacted the call-center, they promised to bring gifts on 23-24.12. But these days, no call or message has been received.
On December 24, the director himself called the manager and Samuel answered his (unknown number) call. He promised that the gifts would be delivered on the morning of 25.12.
The result? I had to urgently buy gifts for the matinee.

Last year, the delivery was slightly delayed, but everyone liked the gifts and decided to take a chance and order again. For me, as chairman, it was very important to comply with contractual obligations, everything was clearly fulfilled. The gifts were great , the filling was consistent, the packaging was strong and of high quality (ordered in cardboard)

The order deadline was disrupted. On the phone, specialists begin to refer to difficulties with logistics, etc. They promise to call back, but they do not call back. The customer service is at a low level. Gifts under the contract were supposed to be delivered no later than 21.12. Today 22.12 - there is no information from them. 100% prepayment has been made by us for a long time. So decide for yourself, we will definitely not work with this company in 2024. Poor service and customer attitude should have consequences. And I, as a sales person with clients, am ashamed of this company. They spoil the reputation of our profession
