Nice shady area. There are many fountains, a playground, a swimming pool. The sea is clean, not shallow. Sun beds and umbrellas for vacationers. But the human factor spoils the overall impression. We rented a presidential Suite, a three-room suite with two bathrooms. Four local people were needed, the only thing that was offered. The room is generally good. There are air conditioners in every room. But.... The dishes in the room are dirty, the mirrors are splattered, the faucets are dirty. I asked the administrator why it was so dirty, and replied that the water was like that. They did not use the food at the hotel, as they heard from other vacationers, which was not very good. The attached photos are only part of the flaws. A 5-minute video is not attached. I really hope that this will all change. Of course, we will not test it a second time. There is a great desire to return to Berdyansk. But to another hotel.

Positive moments.the territory is well maintained, as if you are in the forest .negative points of 1 meal despite the fact that on the official website, it is written that breakfasts are included in the price, this is not true, the cost of breakfast is 400 rubles per guest, it is impossible to eat breakfast consists of porridge, and sliced, and tea with lemon , we were served millet noodles, which it was impossible to eat and a sausage . Lunch costs 700 rubles already .kharcho soup was announced.the kharcho should have nuts according to the recipe, and the soup was more like rice soup with meat, without spices, there will be if you are very very hungry, buckwheat porridge. It was a digested mass , it was also stated about the thigh and there was a piece of scum without a leg , the compote was made of apricots but heavily diluted .There is no restaurant, cafe, or tavern on the territory.2 Regarding room service , it is stated on the website , but mustard did not deign to bring clean towels or change the bed linen in a week , and we stayed for 10 days, and did not come to vacuum the room in a rudimentary way . It was only when I went to the reception myself that my room was cleaned.the bed linen was not changed more than once, and by the way the TV did not work from the word at all, it was turned on, and it required settings that we did not know, Wi-Fi is free, but the speed is low, nothing from the video is loaded at all

As a result, a day without light and water. The number of rooms needs to be updated. The territory is large and well landscaped, but also needs care. There are few people, there is a swimming pool, but without heating.

The service leaves much to be desired, 10 times you need to ask for towels, soap, toilet paper, etc. to be brought to the room ... And then towels were brought for one person, not two, although the room is two local and we rested in two. The room was not cleaned and even corny there was no broom to at least clean it yourself... They did not ask for a kettle, the refrigerator did not work, the air conditioner was one disappointment. And breakfast and the attitude of employees is generally a separate topic (( they brought pasta washed in cold water, ketchup was poured on the pasta itself and a burnt wing was put on top, this is a horror and not breakfast!!! The next morning we decided not to go to breakfast to drink coffee in the room and then the kettles were all busy (((went to the dining room asked for cups, there were three of us, brought two cups ((( when I asked for another one, with a dissatisfied face, they took out a whole tray and defiantly put it on.... They asked if we were not at breakfast to bring us at least bread and butter and cheese, they brought only cheese and ears... But when two young men came, they canned the table, brought portions twice as large as ours, and sliced cucumbers and tomatoes, napkins, bread, etc. appeared from somewhere else.... And yes, the employee's smile is on everyone's face... The pool did not work, there are jellyfish on the sea, the coast is steep.... Not a vacation, but one disappointment, the room cost 4000 rubles. we went with a child, took two double rooms and both had problems, and even turned off the water at night (((In short, we haven't had a rest yet, there's definitely no desire to return there anymore and I can't advise such a vacation either(((!!! An amazing place on the middle spit of the city of Berdyansk!!! The nature is gorgeous, they feed you to satiety! The beach is made of shells, the sea is clean. The staff is very friendly! I want to come again and again. The room cost 4,000 for two, we ate 3 times a day! Magically, quietly and calmly)

It takes 4 hours to drive from Rostov, there are no traffic jams. The authorities are investing in the road, they are almost finished. What would I not say about a trip to the Black Sea! Prices do not bite, the service suffers. I recommend 2-3 days, no more. The Sea of Azov on the Berdyansk spit, I was struck by the cleanliness, the absence of crowds of vacationers! I recommend. The World would be faster !
